He came promptly and inspected the gutters and roof. He pounded the nails that had come loose back in. He explained the problem with the gutters, that they are too small for such a big roof, and the diverters were too small, they didn't reach to the ends. He couldn't do any repairs because he didn't have the screws or bands necessary to secure the downspouts, or the diverters to alleviate the overflow.

Great service! Helped to keep cost to a minimum while protecting the integrity of our roof.

The service was fine. They were very courteous, the person who came out seemed very capable. He went about his work in a business-like manner. They did their work very well.

It went fine and would recommend this company to people looking for these services. Did find that we have some wind damage on the roof and also that the reason for several areas on our gutters leaking were due to the pitch being off on the gutters. Recommended contacting our insurance carrier for the wind damage. However, due to the age of the roof, probably wouldn't be covered.

The repair person did not review or show me what he did before leaving the job. I looked for him two hours later and he was already gone. I expected the gutter to be upright (level) and look the same as the gutter on the other side of the garage. He seemed more interested in quoting additional work than doing the work I requested.

Perfect. Jamie was professional, polite and gave us a lot of advise. Replaced the shingle and confirmed everything is in working order.

It was grrat, provides estimate and came the next day to repair. we will be using again for some construction work. I had written a review on 1-20, that we had called and left a message and no one called back. (we left a message with a girl that answered the phone). But have heard only good things so decided to try them again and glad we did, Jamie was great to work with. They also responded with a followup letter to my first review too.

Very prompt. Temp fix on gutters, did not do nail pops. Asked for quote about fixing a few more things and had to call back to remind them of quote request as I guess they forgot.

The job went really well. They showed up yesterday unexpected but they did the work well. They were very nice. They cleaned my gutters even though it wasn't a part of the deal.

This ad and deal (see "deal" below) is a scam. Paid $89 for a supposed $275 value and received $0 value. Basically paid for an estimate when other companies will do that for free. Rep was at my home for less than an hour and did no Maintenance, no repairs, no sealing, no re-securing, no refastening,...there was no roof siding or gutter maintenance done, no 2 hours of labor, no value. All he did was an estimate. EXCELLENT. THEY ARRIVED EARLY, COMPLETED THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY, AND CLEANED UP. VERY RESPONSIVE TO EMAILS AND CALLS. I HAD THEM DO SOME ROOF WORK BEFORE, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL THEN, TOO.

The work has not been done. Did I misunderstand the offer of 2 hours work for $89 which was paid in advance?

It went well. No pressure, good conversation and pictures on his smart phone of how some of the shingles looked.

Great!, The house looks good as new. The carpenters were very professional and left the area better than they found it.

The two men worked efficiently. Jimmy spoke plainly and politely. We found out the company also does kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

The person I worked the most with was Jamie. He was terrific. Very responsive, very helpful. Worked with the insurance guy who came out to view my roof before EMA even got the job. Very patient walking through the estimate compared with my others too (before they got the job). Helped with roof colors - we drove around my subdivision looking at other houses with my brick, and he had picked out a couple colors for me to evaluate. The work seems well done. I love the new look, and besides finding a few scraps of paper and such as I've gardened over the last month, the yard was spotless. everything back where it started. So I am quite pleased. also they were lower cost than my other estimate to boot, AND are helping me with the right paperwork for the insurance company to pay the rest of my claim. That was Jamie doing all that. Not sure I took a really good picture of the roof but part of the beauty is it just looks right now instead of dated. I should have taken a "before" picture.

The service went very well- I had multiple instances where I was impressed with little details. Eddie did all the quoting and project management- he worked around my schedule (I painted the house while the gutters were off). His team did a great job and we had a couple tweaks to the plan, after realizing I wanted something a little different. I upgraded the gutters to larger ones and they rerouted the old plan to minimize the quantity of downspouts. Looks super sharp. He dropped off samples for me to match paint to, the crew even hooked up my rain barrels- lots of details and I never felt "nickel and dimed". I'll definitely call Eddie next time I need work.

It was fine. I've used them a couple of times already. They provided a siding, gutter, and roofing section for us and I've had them out twice. Both times they've done just a minor repair at no extra cost.

Eddie fixed the siding and also caulked some nail heads that had popped out on the roof. He answered any and all of my questions, very personable and professional. My neighbor, Jason, recommended him and I would recommend him to anyone.

The work took 2 days. They stripped off the 2 layers of old shingles, and found the original shingles above the porch were inappropriately attached to a foam or sponge material. Therefore they had to remove that, then buy and secure plywood to the porch roof to properly attach the new shingles. The team was polite and the finished product looks great (with no leaks!).

Good job. Did some minor roof and gutter repairs during his inspection. Would consider again for future jobs.

I contacted Eddie and started out by e-mailing him picture of the siding repair so he could see the scope involved. The actual repair was not extensive and he informed me they have a minimum charge for that work. I was OK with that and then told him about the shutters. He came out and measured, left some color samples and provided an estimate. After picking the style we wanted we placed an order with EMA. Due to workload they were running about 6 weeks out. At right about the six week mark Eddie called and wanted to know if he could install that day. That was a little too short notice for me but the next day was OK so his team came out and installed the shutters and repaired the siding. I was amazed at how good the color matched up the old siding after all these years. All the work was completed in one day. We did not have to be home since all the work was outside work. When we got home we noticed that one of the shutters was not square. I contacted Eddie and his guys came out the following week and made the necessary adjustment. Everything went good and looks great.

EMA construction came out in May to fix my siding and at that time did a wonderful job. Then I had my house power washed and the guy who did it disturbed the siding( builder did not do a good job siding our house) and the guy did not take ownership that the pressurer from the water caused the siding to be impacted by the intensity of the pressurer. I called up EMA and after some discussion they came out and fixed the places the power pressurer guy disturbed . What impressed me with EMA, the owner Eddie was he did ask me questions but did not hesitate to help me correct the problem instead of the blame game. Eddie took the stress off me and I deeply appreciate the customer service they gave me. Thank you EMA construction!!!
