Response from EMA Construction
It was stated in the Big Deal Offer that the price of $85 would cover 200 ft of gutters to be clean out and the pitch of the roof would be 7/12 (this is a walkable roof) or less. On this house the gutters exceeded 200 ft and the pitch of the roof was 9/12 (all ladder work - much steeper pitch and not walkable - requires more time and work). I explain to the customer there would be an additional charge because of the gutter footage and the pitch of the roof. He was given the option to get a refund but choose to have us do the work. While we were there, we went above and beyond the Big Deal Offer and resecured his gutters on the back upper portion of the house. He received a fair price for the work that was completed. Details of the job and price were communicated clearly to the home owner.

Description of Work: I GOT THE ROOF, SIDING, GUTTER INSPECTION WHICH INCLUDED PICTURES OF THE ROOF [PROBLEM---MISSING SHINGLES] THEY ALSO NAILED DOWN SOME SIDING AND CHECKED THE GUTTERS. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN IN TWO WEEKS. IN THE MEAN TIME, RAIN CAME DOWN IN BUCKETS AND I DISCOVERED A LEAK IN THE MAIN BATHROOM. I CALLED EMA AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT IN A DAY OR TWO [THIS STILL BEING INSIDE OF 2 WEEKS]. I EXPLAINED THE NEW PROBLEM AND ITS LOCATION...[I WOULD NOT BE HOME AT TIME OF THE SERVICE] THE PROBLEM FIXED AND SHINGLES APPLIED. I'M HAPPY AND DRY.

Description of Work: I had a few minor siding repairs I needed done, and figured a lot of companies wouldn't be interested in a small job. I called EMA and Eddie agreed to come out the day after I called him. He checked the siding on my whole house, and quickly made the three small repairs at a very reasonable price. I was really impressed with Eddie, the responsiveness, and the affordable price. I'd use them again without hesitation, and highly recommend them.
