They arrived on time and began working. Cleaned the dryer vent and explained what he was doing as he went. Very happy with the job. Would use again.

I had lint everywhere and the guy Trent was amazing. He got up every piece of lint in my yard. They also put a cover over the outside of my dryer vent that will prevent birds from entering in. It was above and beyond what I expected. The price was higher than what I thought I would pay but I would still recommend this company. This is their specialty and they do it correctly.

As I have them do about every two years, it was time to clean the dryer vent. Representative arrived on time and after reviewing everything with me, went to work. It took about 45 minutes.

It turned out just fine. There were no extra fees. There were no difficulties at all. They were the best. They were on time, professional, courteous, everything. He was very very good.

We have an old and badly designed dryer vent. We had it cleaned before without much benefit. The dryer was really struggling to dry our clothes. This provider did a great job - thoroughly cleaned it out. The dryer is working great now. We definitely want to use them again in the future.

My experience was fine. There was one person here. He knew what he had to do and did not waste any time. He was prompt.

He was on time and very professional. The job was quick( about 15 minutes) but it was freezing outside. It didn't bother him that he had to do the job from the outside. I will definitely use them again. We had used them 2 years ago and it was time to clean the vent out again. Great company and very trustworthy.

They were prompt, on time and did it in a pretty quick manner. They did everything the said they were going to do. They explained it. I had no problem with it. It was professional. Everything was cleaned properly outside in. For the job, I thought it was a little bit pricey. I would shop more before using them.

Well, I called several companies for an estimate for the job. Our house is a ranch (only 10 years old), but for some stupid reason the builder put the dryer vent exiting out the roof. Even worse, there are 3 bends on the vent in the attic ! When I told 2 of the companies about the situation, they said that they wouldn't even do it; but one of them did recommend Dryer Vent Wizard. I took a friends recommendation to use Coit, but when they came out, the service guy said that they don't normally even take such a job, and after looking at the roofline, said he couldn't. He the also recommended Dryer Vent Wizard. After the second recommendation, I called (that was on Saturday 12/20) and made an appointment. They were out first thing on Wednesday morning (12/24), was very professional and easy to speak with. Job was done in promised time-frame, no hassles or phony upselling that I have had to put up with from other companies services (HVAC, etc.), and wife is very happy with the dryer getting clothes dry in first run. Will only use them from now on !!

Easy scheduling through email. Arrived on time. Very polite service worker. My vent had never been cleaned in 18 years and it was 60 % clogged. I was getting a new dryer and wanted the vent cleaned. The service man was thorough and informative. He worried about the dust in the dryer and did a quick cleaning because of fire concern, although I was getting a new one. He just wanted to be sure of safety if I did not get my new one right away. He cleaned up well.

After a thorough review it was discovered the exhaust vent was clogged and was venting into my attic which was a fire risk and not to code They came up with a creative plan to route the exhaust through and exterior wall. The end result was quicker drying time and reduced electric bill!

It was fine as far as the work performed on the outside. However, I did not expect to pay an additional $59.00 to have him clean the dryer vent on my actual dryer with a brush for 2 - 3 minutes while I stood there watching. I feel as though that should have been included in the $119. It was one thing to pay $29.00 for the outside cage to prevent birds from building a nest, but $59.00 for shoving a brush down the dryer for 2 - 3 minutes does not warrant $59.00. Then after I paid $189.63 my neighbor tells me she had her vent cleaned outside and inside and the company put a cage over her outside vent for $55.00. So I felt I really overpaid and this was supposed to be a Groupon Deal. I am frustrated with the cost. Just felt like I was overcharged. $119.00 should have covered all of the cleaning.

Wonderful, they cleaned out the vents. they were very friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. we had used a cheaper company years before and were not satisfied, but with this company we have no complaints.

I have used this company three times: 2009, 2011 & 2014. I have always been satisfied with the service. The same guy performed the service every time. He goes right to work and does a great job. In 2011, he repaired the dryer vent to better secure it for $49.00. For the initial visit in 2009, he recommended a cleaning every 5 years, but I prefer it be done more often, just for peace of mind. He always does a great job and lets me know exactly what he found and what he recommends. And, he doesn't try to sell me anything extra.

They are awesome! They came out promptly and they were very thorough. They explained what they were doing. They even gave me a background on the vents like venting the dryers. They were very knowledgeable and the cleaning was fine.
