They are prompt, courteous, clean, professional and reasonably priced. I have interacted with Ed (owner), Adam (son - installed the unit), and most recently Mr. Keller (cleaning). I highly recommend these folks!!

Description of Work: Purchased and installed a furnace humidifier. Called to setup an appointment. Called before arriving. Were very clean, neat and efficient.

Description of Work: the dryer vent wizard was at my house on nov13. dryer vent cost was $321 after the service, my dryer made a terrible noise and then wouldn't work at all. when I called them the owner said the also owned mr. appliance who came to my home on nov 19. they refused to itemize the bill so I could compare prices. they also told me that mr. appliance was on angie's list which they aren't. they also said they didn't give the 10% discount for angie's list members. the repairman told me I should have a new motor put in because "they don't make dryers like they used to and I might be unhappy with a new, complicated dryer. the charge was $307. I was not pleased with the charge for either repair and mr. appliance doesn't seem to be on your list.

They came in and cleaned it up and replaced a connector that was not to code. |Very professional and capable. I will be in touch with them in the future to take care of cleaning the vent."

Description of Work: Provider cleaned the dryer vent at my home. I had the vent cleaned about 2 years before this visit. At that time, we had other work done (the connector piece behind the dryer was replaced and some other adjustments made), and the price seemed reasonable. This time, I purchased the big deal on Angie's list, for $150 value ($79 cost), and thought that would be the total. The technician cleaned the dryer vent only, commented that it was pretty clean, and worked for 20 min or less. I was very surprised to have to pay an additional $59 for the service - meaning the cost of the service without the deal is $10 per minute. This did not seem like a good value to me, and I shared my concern with the technician. Bottom line - I'll use someone else next time!

Description of Work: I had him do a full inspection of the dryer vent pipes. We knew that there was a problem because the end of the piping had fallen down from the basement ceiling. Aaron was very professional and answered all of my questions. He suggested only replacing the end segment of the pipe and the vent cover to the outside which I had him do in addition to the vent cleaning. He also suggested replacing the pipe from the dryer to the wall in our laundry room. He then did the work right away. I felt that he was a good worker, efficient, and fair. I would definitely use them again.
