Description of Work: The tech inspected all areas of concern, determined the problem was lint build-up on the exhaust pipe due to improper installation of the dryer duct. They were prompt, courteous and the tech went over and above to resolve the issues.

Description of Work: He replaced our old venting with new, fire-safe tubing and vented it properly. I knew our dryer was not vented safely so I was very happy to have him correct our problems. He also leveled our washer and dryer. Very nice man, very helpful. Arrived on time and listened to our needs. Would recommend to others.
