They solved the problem and cleaned out the vent.

They knew their business he was very respectful and did a very good job. He showed us what he was doing every step of the way. Once a year I will have him come back.

Was a little expensive but he explained everything he was doing before hand ,showed us the clogged vent that was replaced and the repair work he didby taking picture of work. Told us the price ahead of time for the amount of work that needed done and cleaned up his mess.

Although my dryer seemed to be working efficiently, my vent pipes were filled with lint. There was also a break in my wall pipe which was leaking air and lint into my attic and wall. They were able to fix the pipe and also offer a better hookup solution for my dryer to vent pipe hookup. They disassembled some of the dryer to clean the fan and lint trap assembly. I had them install a new vent cover on the exterior wall with a double flap system instead of my current three louver panel. They communicated well from the original appointment booking and the service call. They were actually able to come the house a few hours earlier than expected. The service tech Justin was very courteous, and explained all the procedures and related costs. He cleaned up everywhere, going as far as using a leave vacuum to clean the lint off the yard. The pricing was basically al la carte, where you could pay for only the services you wanted. If you have a second story laundry room with a difficult to reach vent, these are the people you want to call!

Fine if was a little costly on senior citizen on fixed income

After, finding the problem, Justin, removed the old brush which had not only broken the duct pipe but also had the duct's insulation wrapped around it. He had to cut a hole in the ceiling to repair the duct work. He was then able to clean the vent. Much to my delight, Justin was also fully capable of repair the ceiling as well. He was patient, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He cleaned inside of the dryer and left me with a tool and instructions so that I should never have this issue again. Thank you, for your great service!

It went great. They were on time. They were knowledgeable about the service they provided.

The service technician was very responsive, professional and did an excellent job. It was taking 3-4 hours to dry a load of laundry, after he left, it took 35 minutes to dry a similar load. I do have about 35 feet of dryer vent which is the reason for the increase in cost.

All the work was done from the outside of home. He said there was no need to clean the vent where is connects to the dryer. I thought that was a little odd

Arrived on time. Gave thorough inspection. Gave estimate. Corrected and cleaned 25 feet of duct work. We were very pleased, all is well and we will use them in the future for preventive maintainence.

At 2:09pm on day of question I got a call from a clean cut and pleasant young man named Lee Walker. He explained he was on his way and would arrive in a few minutes ... no problem. He saw my dryer vent system which is far from the optimal installation but did not give up ... he tested the airflow outside and it was 11mph ,,, He quoted me a little more than the normal $151 price of $200 to do a cleaning but told me that the setup I had was horrible and I being an person of above average intelligence whole heartedly agreed with him ... $200 plus tax seemed more than fair ... he removed drywall and re-installed from a closet area found a 10 year leak... cleaned up a fire hazard and mess cleaned it out .. a 40 foot run and re-tested ... 24+ mph ... A vast improvement ... I got my money's worth... Lee also put on plastic booties everytime he came into the house and took them off every time he exited the house.

He did a great job and was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

This was a big deal purchase. The price was a good deal; it was fine.

Trent H was very helpful in answering questions and very personable. He did an excellent job in the sideways rain (poor guy). Didn't realize that the inside of the dryer and the vent itself could collect so much lint! Would highly recommend him!

Aaron called to let me know he would be late. My old vent was inadequately sized and went through a window.He discussed with me the options for my vent, and I agreed to have him drill into my foundation, which is the reason I called in the first place. He did not use a core drill, which caused there to be a hole that was not as clean - he said it was because my foundation used bedrock. It was a very short run of vent pipe and he used the flexible pipe. The insect free vent cover on the outside is very good. He cleaned up the area nicely. I am a bit disappointed in the price considering the main work was in the hole drilling only.

He was prompt and knowledgeable. I could not believe the amount of lint removed. He told me the foil pipe I had attached to the back of the dryer was unsafe so I had him install a solid metal one. I am very happy with this service and will use it again.

My old dryer exhaust was over 23" long. The laundry room had a outside wall that could be used so he drilled a new hole and placed a new vent pipe and lid cover. then he put cocking around the vent pipe outside. He even worked around a bush that was close to the vent area with out having to remove it. He then hooked up the inside exhaust, moved both the washer and dryer back in place and tested the dryer vent out. He came out three days before to give me a price on the work in writing for free. I was able to get the work done with in a week. The installer was neat, curious and helpful. The work was performed in less then 2 hours

Adam got on the roof & determined that our condo has the wrong vent cover. We couldn't afford to have it changed right now so he came back today with an air compressor & cleaned it out that way. Adam was very nice, patiently explained everything, was fast & effecient. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Cincinnati/ Northern KY to everyone.

The young man seemed very nice. But, there was a trip charge on top of the price of the deal. He also said that certain parts of the service weren't covered by the deal. He charged me extra to take the front of the dryer off, so that he could get to the dryer hose. He also recommended that I get a new hose; he told me that it wasn't up to code. The cost to get the whole job done was a lot more than the cost of the deal, which was $119. I felt like the terms of deal weren't clear enough about what was and wasn't covered. I felt that the final cost was high. He seemed did an excellent job, but the price was disappointing. I would use them again, but I would want to know exactly what the prices are beforehand.
