Description of Work: I bought the deal for Dryer Vent Wizard and the gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable. I found out that the previous homeowners had not properly vented the dryer vent and it was a mess. This was NOT Dryer Vent Wizard's fault. The job cost significantly more than I had anticipated, however he showed me exactly what the issue was and explained how he was going to fix it. He did so without having to leave the job to get parts or anything and was done in about 1.5 hours. I was a little skeptical at first, but I have seen a noticable drop in my power bill. Who knew that your dryer SHOULD dry a load of towels in one cycle of the dryer. It had been taking at least two dryer cycles to dry towels. We have recooped the cost of the repair in10 months. Description of Work: Our dryer vent has never really been cleaned like this since we moved in in 1993. The difference is amazing. The DV wizard checked the vent output before cleaning, then went to work. And after he was another check was performed and the output pressure from the dryer quadrupled. Clothes now dry in record time.

Description of Work: Clean out dryer vent...that's what the coupon was for, but was still charged an additional $28 when they arrived. They also were over an hour late and they didn't call. I had to call them.

Description of Work: This company is great. My dryer vent had never been cleaned in 19 years! The alarming thing was, I had a plastic hose from the dryer into the vent to the outside. That was not up to code, for 2012, and would have melted, if there had been a dryer fire. This would have caused a fire in my house, along with the vent. The guys were professional, cleaned up everything and fixed my door to the laundry, which was very time consuming! I am extremely pleased with their service and will recommend this company to my friends!

Description of Work: Checked dryer in house first. Went outside to check velocity of the exhaust air coming from vent. Reported results to me, then cleaned vents from outside and finished up inside. There was a great improvement. Professional, prompt and a fair price.
