Description of Work: Did not respond in a timely fashion,had to be contacted more than 1x, did not provide written estimate, did not return sample of siding provided to be matched for repair. Therefore did not hire them for services.

Description of Work: We asked that the gutters be cleaned out. Instead of putting the debris in a bucket, the debris was thrown on the ground, flower beds, deck, etc. Also one of the gutter elbows was knocked loose and he just left it that way.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $99 for Gutter Cleaning and Roof Inspection. This was excellent! We did have to wait a while due to the weather but they stayed in touch with me. He was wonderful!

Description of Work: Removed/cut out old cast iron damper which had been set in place with wood supports in a large two way/through fireplace and applied a generous amount of heat resistant mortar to inside of and around the smoke box. Also installed a new more efficient damper at top of chimney, sprayed a protective seal on the brick and cement cap of the existing three chimney combination above the roof and rechalked the flashing around the chimney combination.

Description of Work: They were supposed to clean out my gutters and remove my old gutter guards which consisted of mesh netting that wasn't effective in blocking out debris. I have a two story home and was unable to check their work on the second story, but took their word for it when they left paperwork at my house evidencing that they performed the service. A couple of weeks later, I had someone up on the roof to check out the chimney. I asked him to take pictures of the gutters so I would know how well ARCO did. The gutters had debris in them as well as the old gutter guards. I'm not sure what I paid for. This was an Angie's List Deal. I'm beginning to wonder if the level of service goes down when the company gets paid up front through these kinds of "deals".

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment and took the necessary time off of work, only to have them call AFTER the time had passed with notice of cancellation. The person who called offered me nothing in apology for the no show. This company was also difficult to reach just to schedule with in the beginning. Terribly unprofessional.
