Greg came out and did the initial inspection and estimate. He had some concerns, spoke with the owner, felt the job was complicated but necessary. Bill and his crew came out a couple of weeks later. The work was not easy but they kept at it. Bill was very communicative, knowledgable and friendly. He kept us in the loop the entire couple of days they were there. And despite running into some unexpected problems which slowed their work, they came in right on estimate. I couldn't recommend them more.

ARCO does their best to provide quality work and if there happens to be an issue, they are very responsive and will address the problem promptly. This is hard to find with other contractors in this specialty.

I rated the company an A for service, punctuality, and professionalism. I thought it was a bit pricey to clean a gas fireplace and diagnose it. They were unable to service or “fix” the problem, which was disappointing and really the reason I hired them. I take partial blame, though. I would recommend the company, just not to fix a gas fireplace.

Fantastic. The chimney sweep cleaned my chimney thoroughly, talked to us about creosote vs. glazed creosote, what to burn, what not to burn, and even did a roof inspection for us while up there. I am calling them back for some roof repairs. Great company!

I have gone through numerous roofers for repairs, both before and after having a new roof and chimney installed. Well, until I met Patrick ,owner of Arco Remodeling, 10 years ago. I came across this business through Angie's List. Actually, hired them for a chimney inspection where they identified problem areas from the roof and repaired them immediately. How did I know to initially trust them? They take photos and review them with me, giving complete and easy to understand explanations. And then again with a follow-up call! Your home is your refuge, right? With mine, each time it would rain I would fear leaks. But for the past 10 years when the storms hit in the middle of the night, I sleep well knowing that my roof is properly maintained. Yes, once in a while I will do an interior inspection but rejoice when all is well! I cannot thank the folks at Arco Remodeling enough for giving me peace of mind! Note: they also offer roof inspections for a reasonable fee. Better to find potential problems before major damage!

I hired Arco to do a chimney cleaning using their $99 deal coupon. Albert cleaned the chimney and wrote out a quote to fix serious issues at a price of over $4,000.00. He said the fireplace should not be used until all repairs were made. I hired a different chimney company with 20 years experience to look at it. He found the chimney to be in in excellent condition and didn't agree with any of the Arco findings. Arco claimed the clay flue was cracked and needed to be replace. We could find no cracks. Arco said we had "massive voids" in our fire chamber. The second company also said that wasn't true. Steer clear of this company.

Estimate was outrageously high. Felt as if company was adding extras. Felt pressure because of my needs during pandemic.

The Mohawk is not a professional look

Their roof estimate was several thousand dollars higher than their competitors and the chimney estimate was $1200 higher. What really turned me off was how they told me none of the other companies did it the right way, blah, blah, blah. I hate it when companies do this. Sell yourself on what you do right, not by trash talking other companies. I paid much less for the work ro be done and couldn't be happier with the service I've received.

Albert came early and began work right away explaining things to me as he went along which I appreciated being a Senior. Work done outside as well as inside was all done in a very professional way. The roof and family room area were clean when he left. I was very satisfied.

The technician was over 3 hours late causing me to have to re-arrange meetings and childcare. They do a good enough job on the chimney sweep for the price. I'm not sure if I would use them for other services yet.

They were extremely responsive and quick. They quickly scheduled an estimate and then the work! Really nice guys.

Brian and his team were excellent. Very pleasant and did an outstanding job. They did an awesome job on clean up as well and was very punctual. He said they would be there around 8:00 am and they showed up at EXACTLY 8:00 am. I was not home when they left and was disappointed that they took the 28 bricks that were left as the quote was revised to include extra brick and were paid for. I also had a chimney cap that was laying on some shingles where the bricks were delivered next too and they took the cap. I am sure they thought it was there's and it is really not a big deal. I would definitely hire this company again.
