Description of Work: I've called this company several times to get an estimate on refinishing my floors. They either refuse to return my phone calls or refuse to call me back as promised. I've used this company in the past, so am puzzled by their behavior. A new generation?

Description of Work: Ernie and Sons finished our wood floors and installed a wood floor in one bedroom. They were extremely easy to work with and very responsive. The quality of the job that they did was first rate. I thank them for a job well done and highly recommend them to everyone!

Description of Work: I spoke with the receptionist who said her brother would be in the Cleveland Heights area on Thursday 10/11 and would come by to give me an estimate of the job. I was having a boiler installed that day and was here the entire day until 7 p.m. No one ever showed up to estimate the job. I then called again on 10/15 to reschedule, as they had come highly recommended by my realtor. I left a message and never had my call returned. If they were too busy or didn't want the job ( a 2500 sq ft home that needed refinishing) I wish they would have told me. I moved here from out of state and was going by tips from the realtor. Most disappointed in this company!
