He came out and checked the washer that had been leaking the night before. I was due to leave town, so I needed to get it repaired quickly. He ran it through different cycles and never found a leak and advised that if it happened again to just call and he would come back out and not charge again for the diagnostic. He also looked at my dryer and replaced the dryer vent which was included in the $74.00. I would highly recommend his services to others. Very honest, trustworthy and fairly priced.

Tom returned my call promptly. But then my dryer started working again. So no work was performed. But Tom was very gracious about the cancellation of the appointment even though he had to move his schedule around to accommodate mine.

I called in the morning and Tom was able to squeeze me in between appointments. He was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate over the phone. He arrived on schedule and quickly disassembled the washer, replaced the broken part, found another worn part, which after it was replaced, caused the washer to agitate properly. He lubricated the brake, eliminating a clunking noise when the washer stopped spinning He also replaced a pump which appeared to be leaking. In short, he not only fixed the problem but restored my washer to like-new performance.

$60 labor, even though he made 2 trips, and $40 parts. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

I went great! I'm happy to have the leak gone and the machine working well again. Tom and his wife both came by and were very nice. He arrived a couple minutes before the scheduled time, and had It fixed in not much more than 20 minutes. Also glad not to pay at least 5 times what I did for the repair on a new machine. The washer I have is 10 years old, and is not computerized like the newer ones are. So I was happy to be able to save it. ***Pleas note*** call him at the (937) 510-3447 number listed here on Angie's List. The number on his website appears to be wrong.

Very responsive and explained everything in detail. Showed up when he said he would. Will definately use again.

Tom and his wife were awesome. The repair took about 1.5 hrs. They arrived on time and were easy to talk to. Washer works just fine now. Very good service and cost.

We were having issues with the dryer leaving black marks on clothes and the washer making loud noises when it would spin. I called Tom and he came out to inspect the washer and dryer. He was punctual and explained what was going on. The washer would be an expensive repair and he recommended that instead it be replaced -very honest! The dryer only needed new seals-and a good cleaning. His service call was only 75 - LG wanted to charge me 500 for the service call! He couldn't get the parts and install the new seals on that day since it was Saturday-and we had other places to be- so we scheduled for him to come back on Tuesday. He showed up on Tuesday and installed the seals and put everything back together within an hour. Only charged me cost for the parts (seals). Total ~130. Can't beat that! I would highly recommend Tom to anyone needing a washer or dryer serviced. I will definitely call him in the future anytime we need a washer or dryer looked at.

Every thing went very well. He returned my call right away. Since I work during the week, he offered a Saturday morning appointment. He called to let me know that he was on the way and arrived on time. He had a lot of patience with my dogs. He worked quickly and didn't add to the mess that I already had. When he was done my washer worked like new. I was very comfortable with him and his helper, I am very pleased with the quality of his work and will recommend him to friends without reservation. **this is a really late post, I thought it was posted back in Nov. but apparently not.. . sorry, it was my first time posting a review.

All I can really say is WOW. Tom is awesome, and he fixed my dryer within 2 hours of my initial call. My dryer was making this really loud squeak/whistle sound and it was getting worse. He explained everything to me, and showed me the broken part. I loved how he showed me what the new part looked like as well. I am so glad I found an honest, quick, smart repairman. I will NEVER use another repair service again. I am going to tell all of my friends and family to use his services. A+ service and pricing :)

He was fantastic. He was here within half an hour after I called him. He is extremely punctual, very nice and respectful. My mom was very strict about the carpet and he took off his shoes. He was prepared and ready to go. The price was a little more expensive but it was worth it.

We came home from vacation to a broken washing machine. I called GE and they were going to send out one of their representatives out to my house, but they wanted me to pay a service charge of over $500. I then found Tom on Google. He came to my house within two hours of my phone call and fixed the problem without issue. He then charged me something like $25.00 for the service. I gave him a $50.00 tip because I was so impressed with the work he'd done.
