Description of Work: We had a skylight that leaked. They stated that the roof was too shallow for that skylight and so the skylight had to be replaced. In addition, they felt that ultimately we would have leaking problems with our roof given the shallow slope of the roof and so the roof shingles were replaced with a different cover. |I felt that while the price was the most expensive of all of our estimates, the knowledge about what was causing the problem was the best. | |Thus far, we have not had any further leaks though it has only been about 2 months.

Description of Work: removed ice dams, 2 in front of house and 1 in back, 3 total I notice an ice dam above the garage, attached, and some ice on the garage door and dripping inside the garage. I called Runyon and Sons Roofing. They gave me a quote, I agreed. They were out that day and removed that ice dam as well as one on the second floor roof and one on the roof in back of the house. I had asked them to look everything over. The employee called me when he arrived, and when he was finished to tell me what he had found and had done. I had no more ice dams nor water leaks in the garage.

Description of Work: ROOF WAS LEAKING DUE TO ICE BUILD UP. CAME OUT TWICE TO WORK ON IT- SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT WHEN WEATHER CLEARED AND GAVE HIM A BILL THAT HE THOUGHT WAS TOO HIGH. NEVER CAME BACK OUT TO FIX IT- MEMBER USED SOMEONE ELSE.
