The plumber arrived at about 3pm and since I found out earlier where the leak was coming from, I knew what we need to have done. I called another angie's List plumber but he could not make it . I spotted the leak in our basement on Monday and on Wednesday we finally got My Plumber Inc. to come out to our house. The water was leaking through the floor and into our cold air return in the basement. The work took approximately one hour and our plumber Matt did everything I asked him to do. Everything seems to be working the way it should and we are happy with the repairs. I thought that their labor rate was a bit high and also thought that the Call rate was also high.

Back in March, I had Matt come and replace my outside water faucet since it had a constant slow leak. We kept the faucet turned off since it was still very cold out and we weren't using it. Last weekend we turned it on and it worked fine, but noticed later that the water continued to drip after we turned it off. Today Matt came back and completely replaced the first faucet since he couldn't fix the one that kept running. He was timely and worked around my work schedule. They stand by their work and I will continue to call them for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company, and especially Matt.

They arrived on time in the morning and were very careful when carrying their tools down to the basement. They worked quickly and effeciantly while installing a secondary sump pump in my basement. They even put a tarp down at my front door to prevent any dirt on my entry rug, It was a several hour job, but when they were finished they explained everything to me and showed me how it worked. When they were writing up the bill the number was different than the one I was quoted the week before and after a quick phone call to their office, they gave me the number that I was quoted. They were very proffesional and pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

I had a leaking tub/shower faucet and a kitchen sink with virtually no water pressure. I found MyPlumberInc right here on Angie's List and gave them a call on Monday to schedule the repairs on Friday when I could take time off from work to be home. They sent out Pat to do the work and when I was showing him the issues I thought of another job I would like done (replacing the shutoff with a ball valve). Pat got to work and installed the new ball valve, fixed the bathtub faucet and determined the problem with the kitchen faucet--a diverter that would take some time to track down because American Standard isn't American or Standard. Having no love for the faucet as it was I asked about replacing the faucet and voila I have a new faucet that actually works (Moen). I give my highest praises to Pat as he did an outstanding job and was really friendly. Definitely plan to use these guys for future work as needed.

I called the owner, Dan for a quote on 4/18/13 around 9am and explained the 3 things I would like done and that I found him on Angie's List. He said GREAT!! He quoted me $59 service charge, $85.00 hour and he only uses his own employees. He estimated it would take his employee about 4 hours, so cost would be about $400.00. It sounded great comparatively to what I had read on other reviews for this type of work. He asked if I had time available that day, I said I could do it today as long as I could leave the home by 4 or 4:30pm. Pat Opatrny, the employee was here by 12:00 and reviewed what needed done, explained about how much time it would take, and left to get the parts saying he would return about 12:30. Pat was back in time and explained in detail how the flange of the front outdoor faucet was installed angled at an incorrect angle and he would be sure to install the new sillcock at the correct angle. Also the existing rear faucet was not flush with the siding and he also needed to extend the entry into the home under the kitchen sink so as to make sure the copper water supply was inside the warmth of the home. You should see the bead he has on the copper supply line- I've never seen one that nice. Pat was very pleasant and he worked very hard to meet the timeline so I could leave home on time. I am very pleased with the work, and the company, and will be calling them again for other projects I am considering.

His prices were very reasonable. Everything was in order and very nice and clean when he left. He was good with my dog. He had to run out for supplies which was timely, so that was nice of him.

We needed to replace an aging hot water tank. I left a message early Tues. morning that was returned promptly when they opened for business. Dan gave me a price over the phone, and I called him back later Tues. to set up a time. We settled on Wed. between 12 and 1p.m. Matt called at 11:45 to let me know they were on their way. Pat and Matt had the old tank drained and out and the new tank installed and operating in less than 1-1/2 hours. Pat went over the bill and explained the warranty to me and answered all of my questions. I wrote the check and we were all on our way. I'd like to add that My Plumber Inc. has done several jobs for us over the past few years. I first called them when our main bath tub/shower began leaking (yes, into the kitchen). We then used them to replace a shower and do a remodel of a small basement bathroom, With both of these jobs, they let me know in advance that there would be times when only one guy would be working, so if we had other smaller jobs they could do to let them know as we were being billed for 2 men to work!! So in both instances we had them replace shut-offs, faucets, toilets, etc. All of the work they have done for us has been perfect the first time!! These guys are ALWAYS punctual, courteous, helpful, neat and clean. I will never use any other plumber!!! Thanks Dan, Pat, Charlie, and Matt.....you guys ROCK :-)

The installation went very well. The workman came on time and completed the work in one afternoon. He did a good job of cleaning up after the installation. The price was as agreed - no surprises. We have had no problems with the toilets since the installation.

Originally I called MY Plumber to help diagnose an odor that we had coming from our basement. Pat arrived at the scheduled time and spent as much time as needed to investigate and figure out where the odor was coming from. He then gave us a couple of ideas that we could try to help decrease the odor, but informed me that the problem was probably a pipe leaking under our concrete slab in the lower portion of our house. He did not charge us for the time he took to dx the problem and explain what was going on. We decided to go ahead with the work and called back to set up a date when they could begin. Later that week Pat arrived and origianlly snaked the drain and then put a camera in the drain to show me where the hole in the piipe was at. Once this was done, we knew we would have to have a hole dug up in our family room and have the pipe replaced. Throughout all of the work Pat was professional and kept us informed of the progress. At the same time that this was occuring, our sump pumps also died so while they were out we had them replace both sump pumps and also install a water powered back up system. The work was done very professionally and I felt all along the way they went above and beyond what they had to do (ie: because we did not have a cover on the sump pumps, they cut a piece of wood to fit over the opening.). Everything was left as neat as when they arrived and although it is never fun to have this kind of work done, Pat made the experience as pleasant as possible.

Prompt, professional, neat, work is great. Reasonably priced.

Charlie was punctual, courteous, professional, efficient and neat. Everything worked well and nothing leaked or required a call back. Would use their services again in a heart beat!!

Plumber came the same day for an estimate and returned on time after the weekend. Very professional, neat and friendly. Will use this company again.

This is the second time I have called on My Plumber in an emergency situation. Again, they were punctual, professional and proficient. Pat spent over an hour and determined that the problem was secondary to a faulty City meter. Pat stayed while we contacted the City and he explained the situation to the Utilities Department who then responded promptly. I was only charged for a basic service fee. They are the best!!!

They did a nice job. They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and appeared to be fairly reasonable.

He did excellent work. He was very accommodating as he moved the schedule up for us as we needed. He was very thorough. He was clean and efficient. I would recommend him to anybody.

Promptly responded to initial call and scheduled a visit. Visit was professional and communication about the proposed work was easy. Promised a call back the next day or Monday with job quote, but the call back wasn't until the middle of the next week. Company could not at first locate bathroom faucet chosen from catalogue, but after a week or so, a snafu with catalogue versus supplier codes was discovered and the faucet was obtained. Work was then scheduled and was performed as scheduled. Plumber was courteous, professional and made adjustments to his work routine to accomodate some special needs due to our health problems. Specifically, he wore clothing that had not been laudered with detergent containing fragrance and did not wear cologne. This was requested because of airway reactivity syndrome. The plumber left each area that he worked in as clean as he found it. The plumber thoroughly checked for leaks before calling the job done. I inspected the work and could not find any moisture at any couplings or valves.

After searching through Angies list I selected My Plumber and was glad I did. They were responsive and came as soon as it was possible for me. Did a great job. The total cost was exactly what I expected from a rough estimate over the phone. Will definitely use them again.

Quick reasonably priced service. Helped with options for addressing the problem in the future. Will use this service again.

From the moment that I called "My Plumber" for an estimate to the end of the job I expierenced complete professionalism and courteousness. I called several times with many questions and My Plumber always called back when they said they would and treated me with respect. I was surprised that out of the 3 estimates for the work that we received, they were the cheapest by half! There were no hidden costs, the work was performed when they said it would be, and he left the work area immaculate. I came home from work while Charlie was finishing up and he was kneeling on the floor tightening a connection and rather than being annoyed by my very curious dog he was nuzzling her! I knew right then that they would be my plumber forever. I would highly reccomend My Plumber to anyone, and I already have! I am happy that I have found a company that still holds true to old fashioned values and work ethic. Thanks Charlie for everything!

Dan and his crew are very profesional and prompt. They are excellent and will never "oversell" you items that you don't need. They are great to work with. They have replaced a toilet for us (in the past year) in a very quick and efficent manner, and their prices are fair.
