Tony arrived on time, was easy to work with — and added the extra snake line needed to reach the sewer in the street. We will definitely make use of My Plumber services in the future.

Pat and Bill were AMAZING. It was a 2 day job, Pat there both days and Bill there one day. Extremely friendly and efficient. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The entire experience was outstanding. On Tuesday we found the hose on the kitchen pull-out faucet was leaking. We contacted the manufacturer and arranged for an expedited shipment of the needed parts which were then scheduled to arrive on Thursday. I saw an add in our church bulletin for My Plumber and checked the reviews on Angie's List. Wednesday morning I called My Plumber and left a message, hoping to schedule installation for Friday. My call was returned promptly by Dan (the owner?) and the repair was scheduled for Friday morning. A little while later Wednesday morning, the needed parts arrived. I called back to see if the repair could be done any sooner. Dan's answer was yes, and the plumber, Bill, arrived about 45 minutes later! He explained the minimum charge was $119 for anything they do and that included one hour of labor. Once the repair was finished, Bill said, "That didn't take very long, is there anything else you need?" He replaced the fill valve on a toilet and looked into another minor issue we were having with a sink. We received a $20 discount with a coupon from the church bulletin and the only additional charge was $12 for the cost of the fill valve. We would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Wow! This was an excellent experience with My Plumber. The initial call mid-afternoon on 30 January was for a frozen water line to the upstairs toilet. My Plumber responded quickly and Tony was at our home just a bit later. He assessed the situation and, rather than fixing the problem for one day, came up with a plan to solve the problem (hopefully) for good. He made plans, did what he could for overnight, and returned in the morning of 31 January. At that time he moved the water line away from the outside wall, using new pipe and a new valve, and physical effort. He spent about 2 hours that day. Later on I discovered the upstairs sink cold water wasn't working and called My Plumber's emergency line--Tony was on call. He asked me to call the office and leave a voice mail for Dan (the owner). Tony returned late morning on 1 February, removed well water sludge from the lines and replaced the upstairs valve. That took about 1 hour. Tony really impressed my wife and me with his plan of attack, hard work, and dedication to actually solving the problems rather than going for quick fixes. There was no downtime or uncertainty while he was here. Tony, by the way, was personable, reassuring, and confident. My Plumber has been there for us in the past, but this was almost over-the-top good!

Tony and Nick were very friendly and professional and did an awesome job for my mom. They took good care of setting her mind at ease as they were doing the job and cleaned up well after the job was complete. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Will use them again!!

Hired "My Plumber" to install a gas line to our deck for use with a natural gas grill. The job involved connecting to a nearby fireplace gas line in t basement out the sill, running approximately 15 feet to the deck location. When I made the appointment I was told there was a $59 service fee and that their rate was $85 per hour. The gentleman on the phone (owner?) estimated the job to take between 2 - 3 hours. Fair enough. To our surprise, two plumbers arrived and "re-estimated";the job between $500 - 600, including labor and materials. Since my wife already took the day off from work we bit the bullet and had them do the job. The job did take exactly three hours. They charged us the$59 service fee and approximately $50 for materials. They also charged us $450 for labor..................evidently $75 per hour for each of the plumbers. The grand total was $558, nearly twice the estimate. Whiled they arrived on time and seemingly did quality work, there is no excuse for the "bait and switch" regarding the labor cost. They told my wife "the job was more difficult than they originally thought". I call BS. It was a very straight forward job and should have required only one plumber. My first, only, and last experience with this contractor. Caveat emptor.........................

Outstanding. They were amazing. I've been a homeowner for 30 plus years and have hired many people over that time. This is the best work that's been done for me. Great price. They know the value of a dollar.

The plumber who did our work, Pat, was excellent. He went over everything that had to be sone, gave us options as to what we could do, how much everything would cost, and approximately how long the job would take.. I initially called for replacement of the kitchen faucet as it was leaking badly and represented an emergency repair for us. The other work was added on when I found out what could be done and how much it would cost. This resulted in a return visit which was agreed upon and for which no additiinal service charge was charged. This plumber really made us feel that he was giving us the best job possible and that he was really OUR plumber. He even put up with my barking dogs. I would definitely hire this business again and feel very lucky that I chose it from Angie's List.

They are very busy since it wasn’t an emergency had to schedule out almost 2 weeks. Bill called to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and explained what should be done and gave a quote before starting the job. Will definitely use My Plumber in the future.

After ruling out a restriction in the line leading to the sink, they were going to look at the faucet. This would have taken a bit more time and added costs. After discussing the history of previous work, they found that the previous connections were improper. Works fine now.

I tried to fix the problem myself by replacing the shut off but the issue was with the copper pipe being deformed and not sealing to the shut off correctly. Bill from My Plumber came. He was very friendly and professional. He talked me through the whole process of what he was going to do to fix the leak. We both checked the leak and it appeared to be fixed. Unfortunately, two days later when I opened the cabinet I could smell that it was wet. I found that the new connection had a drip of the backside of the shut off. I called My Plumber who came back out at my earliest convenience and resolved the issue. On the second visit they were very professional and friendly again. May have had the issue but My Plumber stands behind the work they do and I would hire again if needed.

Pat arrived within the specified timeframe. Told us we could go for manufacturer's warranty to save money. We opted to forego that option to just have it done rather than delay the work. He got the work completed in alittle less than 2 hours, including travel to get the faucet and necessary parts. Everything works great, looks great. Pat was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful regarding the warranty.

Work was done perfectly and the plumbers were very professional. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves. I will call them again when I need work done.

These guys were terrific! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the first phone call to the van pulling out of the driveway when the work was done, they were very respectful of us, our home, and even our dog! They were prepared for the job, explained everything thoroughly, and took their time making sure everything was done right. We discovered water in our basement from the leaking tank, called their 24 hour number at 12:30am and were greeted by a voice rather than an answering machine, who didn't seem to mind we were calling so late and was completely understanding of our situation. They fit us into the schedule the next morning and even brought a new tank with them to the job. I can't say enough about how great they were. Even though we ended up having to pay for a new tank (which was severely needed), these guys were wonderful. We are definitely using them again, and I've already given their number to others to use as well.

I had originally called My Plumber, but they were not able to come out immediately. Therefore, I called Duncan Plumbing who is also recommended on Angie's List and they came out the next day. Based on my experience with Duncan, I would NEVER recommend using them again (refer to my separate review on Duncan). In short, Duncan quoted me a repair for $1100 and charged me a $150 service call for basically standing there holding a flashlight while I ran around and made suggestions. Duncan recommended replacing the toilet flange, some piping and recommended a new toilet. Since there appeared to be no immediate emergency (no water running), I wanted a second opinion and called My Plumber. Charlie Bregitzer came out and arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. I explained what happened and that the issue did not reoccur again over the past 2 weeks. Mr. Bregitzer thoroughly inspected and tried to trouble shoot and explain the potential cause and assessed that he could not specifically identify any issues other than the unit had been empty and there could have been a temporary blockage that worked its way out. Since there was no sign of previous water damage he did not recommend making any repairs. In fact, when asked, he did not see any reason to replace the toilet. For the same "potential" work that Duncan had recommended, the cost would have been $200-400 (no toilet required). He had a complete pricing book with details and pictures explaining what the repair would require. He NEVER pushed to sell me anything and recommended to wait and see if it happens again. In fact, Charlie could have charged me $59 for the service call, but elected not to. I told him that without I doubt I would call him/My Plumber with any future repairs. I believe that Charlie was professional and more importantly "honest" and would highly recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

Extremely well. The plumber, Bill, knew exactly what was needed to repair this toilet. He suggested replacing the innards, since they were old. It made sense to do this while he was here, so I was glad that he asked. The toilet now works like new.

I've had a lot of experience with them. They are awesome. I don't call anybody else.

They've been very conscientious, price has been fair, workmanship has been good, and they cleaned up good after themselves. They were out here within three hours. I thought that was impressive. They did a pretty good job. I thought they were punctual, and price competitive.

It went great. I called just before 11am on 31 October 2016; Dan returned my call about an hour later and said Matt would be at our home after lunch. Matt must have eaten on the run because he arrived well before 12:30pm. He assessed the job, pointed out another valve on the same line that was "almost as bad" (but did not offer an opinion on whether or not I should have it changed). He replaced the first valve and installed a new faucet in about 1 1/2 hours (including a trip to acquire the faucet). I asked if he had the time to do the second valve and he cheerfully agreed. He finished all of the work before 3:30pm, including cleaning up debris. So, less than 5 hours after my initial call, the work was done. Matt was personable (he'd been here before), efficient, and by no means an alarmist or arm twister (as a company I won't name has been in the past).
