It all went very well. From my initial call to the My Plumber owner Dan for scheduling service to the excellent and friendly service from expert plumber Pat, I am 100% satisfied with the entire experience with My Plumber. By using the camera in my sewer pipe first, Pat showed me a big clump of tree roots that had infiltrated a sewer pipe joint about 40 feet from the inside of my sewer clean out location and out into my front yard. My sewer pipe had been flowing just fine for 30 years, but this tree root invasion was a big blockage in the making and the sewer camera found it before it was a total blockage thanks to Pat's camera. Pat used a sewer auger to "snake" the spinning cutter head all the way to the city sewer connection. My main sewer line is now clear and clean and I saw it all on camera to verify Pat's work. Plus Pat recommended a chemical that I could flush down my toilet in the future to kill off future tree root invasions. My overall interaction with the My Plumber company was A+ all the way. I can wholeheartedly recommend this service provider and I will use them again at anytime I need their services. By the way, I was a field service tech myself for many years with a huge national company and I recognize high quality work and My Plumber is top notch by my experience.

Crew came on time and finished within 2 hours. They tried to jet stream the drains but had to use an auger. Everything was done well. We plan on using My Plumber for any future plumbing issues. We got a quote when I initially called and they came out quickly. We knew what to expect and how much it would cost. Thank you for a job well done!

With calling My Plumber, Dan the owner answered my call and Matt out the same day to check the issue and provide me a reasonable estimate. Matt returned within the week, made a small cut into a joist to access the inside of the spigot, installed a new frost free spigot, and then screwed a 2x4 over the cut to keep the structural integrity of the joists but still provide future access. With talking to Dan and Matt, both were very knowledgeable and provided information on what would be done prior to completing the work. The work was completed within the provided cost estimate.

Bill mason explained what the problem could entail. He determined that blockage was further down and snaked almost 40 ft. To open the line. Now sink drains quickly. 185

We can't say enough about the great service we received from My Plumber. Replacing the outside faucet and installing an access panel for the new shut-off valve was the easy part. Great job ! Trying to determine where the pipe thumping was originating from took multiple trips that included installing an access panel in the bathroom for easy access to the pipes.. Panel was wood trimmed and paint was matched to the wall color.. Again great job ! They stuck with it until they determined the problem was the check valves in the tub and shower rough in valve. We ordered the parts and My Plumber came back out and installed... Again great job !! Thank you !

I called My Plumber in the morning to schedule a service call to inspect and repair or replace the leaking water heater. I told Dan I was happy with previous service they had performed for me. He emphasized they take care of their customers and would call with a time later that day. As promised, he called and were on site shortly thereafter. The water heater was defective and I had it replaced. The workmanship was excellent, as was cleanup following the installation. The technicians were very polite and courteous. It went great. Matt was excellent and so friendly and kind. Really great provider of service and so nice.

Our toilet got bunged up on New Year's Day; 3 days of using a plunger did not solve the problem. I called on January 2nd (a Saturday) and, after I decided it was not an emergency, left a voice mail. Dan called at 9:30 am on January 4th (the first business day of the new year) and said that Bill would arrive between 11 am and 2 pm--he called at 11:01 and arrived before 11:15. Bill had been here before for another job and remembered us. He immediately got to work with his auger and had the problem solved within 15 minutes. He was very personable, polite, efficient, and even apologized for having to charge so much for the short time he was here. Luckily, I had a coupon for $20 off a service call, which came to almost 20% off the total cost. My wife and I have had My Plumber for 4 different jobs since summer 2015 and have been impressed with the men and their work. We definitely will use the firm in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

My Plumber is definitely OUR plumber! Charlie did a fantastic job in our bathroom which included installing a new tub and surround. Matt did a great job installing a new gas hot water tank. Everyone we?ve met at My Plumber (Dan, Charlie, Matt, Bill) are very professional and friendly. They respond quickly and gladly answer any and all questions we have.

We had used My Plumber a month earlier--and had intended to leave an Angie's List review--and were happy with the work. So, when the water heater died on a Friday afternoon we called them again. They could not come until Tuesday between 12 and 1PM which was OK with us. On that day Matt (who had done the previous job for us) called and said he could come earlier (approx. 11:15AM). He got right to work, doing prep after confirming what type of tank we required (a lowboy in our crawl space). As the 15-year old tank was draining he left to fetch the replacement. Upon returning, he was waiting for a 2nd guy to help unload and install but he was hung-up on another job and arrived later than expected. So, Matt did as much as he could by himself, which appeared to be most of it. By 3:30PM we had hot water again. Matt worked hard and did not mess around or waste time. He also was very personable. There was no doom-and-gloom or any scare tactics. We felt very comfortable with him, and by extension My Plumber, doing the job. Almost two weeks later all is still well.

Excellent. I called them with an emergency situation and they helped me out. Great guys to work with a they do excellent work.

Called to setup appointment and he arrived at the appointed time. Assessed the problem and quoted a fix and price. Gave him the go-ahead and he removed the faulty piece and replaced it with a new, flexible piece. Secured the new piece and leak checked to insure no leaks. Haven't had a problem with it since. Great job and highly recommend them.

I went really well and I liked the guy who came out. I had some old pipes and an old shut off valve and he fixed those. He basically made recommendations based on what I needed. He did not try to upsell or try to push me to do anything above and beyond fixing the actual problem. He was punctual and then he cleaned up really well as far as the work area when he was done.

When I purchased a home last August, the Sellers provided a Homeowner's Warranty which covered plumbing services. Upon discovering a plumbing problem, i contacted the warranty company, which referred me to a plumber. I contacted the referred plumber and schedules an appointment for my day off during the weak -- they never showed up. The warranty company was unable to provide services when needed, so I called My Plumber. Services were done at My Plumber's earliest opportunity. Matt from My Plumber called with an approximate time and showed up when he was done with previously scheduled jobs -- as promised. Not only did he snake my main drain line, but he offered suggestions prevent future problems, as well as noting the benefits of a regular maintenance schedule. I would use My Plumber again -- in a heart beat.

Great work and upfront/honest. Will be using in the future. Since writing my initial review, I've had them come back out twice for different work (hot water tank and spigot replacements). They do excellent work and their prices are competitive.

I called and left a voice message for My Plumber and let them know the problem and that I was looking for service today (2 days before Christmas). We had a leaky faucet (rapidly dripping). I received a call back within 1 hour and had a plumber here in less than 2 hours after that. He provided great customer service, was personable, courteous, and explained the problem and what he needed to do to fix it and gave me an idea of how much it would cost. We had a great experience and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing and definitely will use their services again when we need a plumber.

I called Dan at My Plumber, and I have hired them 3-4 times in the past 2 years for plumbing issues. Everytime I call I get a response right away, and quick scheduling to fix the problem. I was provided the same great response. I called Monday 11-25 to say I have water pooling on top of my water heater, and leaking down the side. Dan said he would send somone out the next day. Matt, who was awesome with his knowledge and advice, was able to secure a tank and fix it the same day he arrived. All went smoothly with Dan taking all precautions a homeowner would appreciate. Dan provided a coupon discount from the local magazine, and offered to apply it to the final balance. This operation is the real deal.!

Wonderful....great service and integrity

They came and examined the problem. Then snaked the drain and suggested preventive measures to keep the problem from recuring. They were much cheaper than another plumber that I had used also from Angie. And they did not try to sell me a service that I didn't need, like the other guy did.

I had My Plumber come in June to repair a toilet. I had not used them before for my kitchen drain, which had backed up on Sept 20th. I very much like that Dan is always there when a customer calls, and I have never had it go to voicemail. Both times I have called, I was able to have a technician in my home the same day during the week. Dan even called and asked if they could come earlier.!! The technican is very informative and had to snake 50 ft into the basement drain and still was only here an hour. Their cost is very reasonable compared to another Angie's List provider I have used before. Thanks!
