Came out the same day and quickly fixed the problem - very satisfied with the service.

Josh Leonardi knows good customer service. Called quickly to set up estimate. After estimate accepted, the gutters were installed in about a week (would have been sooner except for rain delay) and look and are functioning great!! Apprised of progress all the way.

Customer service was outstanding. Josh contacted me right away and meet with me the next day. The other company called but never showed up. Josh gave me an excellent price, and completed the job the following day. Easy Transaction.

He came out right away to give me an estimate. The other company never came out and didn't follow up. The morning that the contractor was coming it was threatening rain, so he rescheduled for the afternoon and completed the job. He took a picture of the roof after removing the tiles so I could see the water stain, which was substantial.

Responded quickly and arrived within half an hour of our call. This was a small project. The charge was reasonable. Friendly, courteous and motivated. Highly responsive to emergency call. Postponed dinner to finish the project. We are extremely happy with this company.

This the second time I have Jed J. Leonardi Construction. The reason for that is because they did so well the first time! Quick response to estimate the job, quick in starting and finishing the job, and very high quality for a reasonable cost. Strongly recommended!

It was a special work order and Josh came out and handled it very well. He had to come up with a solution to a unique siding problem and solved the issue in a timely manner. I asked for him to come back out to tweak the repair he completed as it had changed and he did so in a very timely manner and finished it.

I would definitely use them again. He promptly returned my phone calls, and he strung extra heating cable for the same cost as the original estimate.
