I contacted Leonardi construction regarding a roof repair. Initially, they were quite responsive and completed the work promptly. However, I soon discovered that the roof was still leaking. They then required another payment to come back to the property to attempt another fix, which I paid. Although they performed some work, the roof is still leaking. I contacted them multiple times to come back to complete the job, and eventually I gave up due to their unresponsiveness. Use caution with this company.

Was great to work with initially, but follow-up was awful. Would not return calls and only way to get him to respond is contacting him through his website. Make sure you get everything in writing BEFORE the work is done and then inspect the work BEFORE paying. Once paid, follow-up non existent, not a way to to get future work.

Quick and effective

It was a pleasure working with J. Leonardi on this siding repair project. Josh was responsive, quoted a fair price and got the repair done in two weeks. Highly recommend.

The company repaired multiple areas of siding damaged due to wind and made our home look as good as new while protecting it from the elements. They will also be doing a tuck point project to repair our chimney. I truly appreciated the fast response and care to take care of my home. I would recommend highly!

I wonâ t waste the time to write a lengthy review because the owner of the company seems to have an excuse for everything based on other reviews Iâ ve read. There is ZERO communication once he is paid! He installed a flat roof on a residential building but did NO investigation to find the cause of the leakâ ¦when the leak continued he claimed â it wasnâ t the roof, itâ s your sidingâ and now wonâ t honor his â warrantyâ . Claims to have a couple of â crewsâ but canâ t find the time to have one person come and correct the issue. This has been going on for 18 months. I have no idea why anyone would hire this company but please use caution if you choose that path.
