I needed repair to residential siding. Josh was able to assess the problem and had a crew in the area to do the work on the same day.

He came out to do an estimate and ended up getting the job. Josh was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. I had originally phoned a company I heard on TV Lake Erie Roofing and made an appointment and they did not even follow-up, confirm or make the appointment he had scheduled. Lake Erie Roofing did not even answer the phone or return my calls. I am glad I chose J Leonardi Construction, LLC. He did general maintenance and went over and above what he was supposed to do. Great Company and Owner, and I would recommend them to my neighbors. In fact, as he was on the roof, my neighbor came home and he gave them an estimate.

The thought of doing a tear off and re-roof in the middle of winter seems hard enough. But J. Leonardi made it look easy. Josh kept me updated in regards to weather conditions and when he anticipated an opening to get his crew on the roof. They showed up and knocked it out just as planned. When they drove away the house and yard looked better than when they came. The roof looks awesome and the siding repair is perfect. I HAD to do the re-roof. I'm glad I chose J Leonardi Construction to do it.

He called me said he was at my house gave me an estimate said the weather is getting worse and he could do it right then and I hired him and he did an awesome job!!! I would use them again anytime!!! Josh and crew showed up and fixed problem temporarily durining inclement weather to stop the leak until they return and fix the problem currently, which they did when the weather improved. Would recommend them highly.

Within hrs. I was given a estimate . Fantastic communication. Thought it was high price for the job but was done in a timely manner. In this situation we needed the gutter repaired quickly.so paid the cost.
