Josh contacted me right away. went over work to be performed and had done the work in a timely fashion. I had used him before and was very pleased with the work.

The owner Josh was a heckuva nice guy and seemed to be a very hands on owner. His crew was at my house the next day as promised and didn't stop at all until the job was complete. Josh was there to checkout the finished work. Overall as of now it was a good experience and would highly recommend J Leonardi Construction.

start job late in the afternoon, but job the job done. and did it right, not fast.

Josh found that the leak was from a previous repair, probably when the roof was installed on the house 17 years ago. He indicated that the most appropriate repair was to just recaulk the cut in the shingles as had been done earlier, as there was little additional value in removing and replacing the existing shingles. He completed the work in less than 30 minutes after finding the problem.

The project will be started soon. I have used him before and believe he has the skills and knowledge to do the job well and in a timely fashion.

Josh was a little hard to reach but arrive in person to do an estimate. He suggested some alternative ideas for siding styles and I picked one I had been looking at on-line. He scheduled a visit to show me the color and we signed the contract. Job was scheduled on Wednesday and they completed siding the front of my house, covering the old wood paneling. Work was done quickly (less that 4 hours) and looked great. I would suggest Josh to anyone needing small or large jobs completed quickly with good quality at a reasonable cost.

Josh was very professional, courteous and informative. I compared his company to others from Home advisor and his was very prompt and mindful of our scheduled appointment. (this was an issue with another company that I considered) When he arrived, He took the time to really explain what needed to be done to ensure proper gutter flow. He also did a great job explaining what needed to done to replace our flat roof. His workers really put in a solid effort to get the job done. I would recommend his company to others.
