Responded quickly and sent qualified and personable professional to do repairs to my complete satisfaction

Owner was able to come out the day of the storm damage to assess my roof. We discussed the most economical way to repair the damage and the work was performed less than 2 days later. Fortunately there was no interior damage. I was happy with the work performed and would consider them again in the future if needed.

They made me feel comfortable when I talked to them and got the quote. They were able to fix the problem when they said they would.

The company came by my home a day early and completed the job which took about 20 minutes. I am satisfied with the completed work, but was very disappointed with the cost. I thought $175.00 was excessive . I am still waiting on a receipt which was promised to be emailed to me.

My gutter was twisted and hanging, they came out and fixed it while I was at work, which was very convenient I did not have to take time off from work to get my gutter fixed, I came home to a nice new gutter.

Great Company! They were right there when I needed them for an emergency situation.

After having many bad experiences with contractors doing inadequate work on my first home I was very upset to find a leak coming into a soffit on my 1st floor. After numerous HVAC contractors and plumbers that just didn't show up or could care less I found out I was having a stack pipe leak on my roof. I called a few roofers to get quotes for a fix. I hired J Leonardi due to his wonderful customer service. Him and I had gotten off slightly on the wrong foot (my fault) but he was sincere about making me a happy customer. Through the repair we found out I needed a roof replacement due to the original installation being done incorrectly. He had his crew out the next day to do the roof, he kept me updated during the whole project, answered all of my questions, and provided me with quality work for a fair price. Despite my contractor trust problems he handled my fussiness well and with sincerity. I will be having him redo the other portion of my roof and would recommend him to others!

UPDATE 3/29/17 - We stand by our initial review, but our impression has been lessened some as a result of poor follow up. Three calls to the contractor have gone unanswered over the span of several weeks. The concerns are minor, and are in no way a reflection on the quality of the work, but we would certainly like to have received a reply. It is unfortunate, considering how impressed we were initially. To be clear, the decision to reduce the rating was not taken lightly. However, after multiple messages left and weeks of radio silence, it seemed suitable to provide a more accurate reflection of our satisfaction. Note to contractors, service doesn't end when the job does. INITIAL REVIEW - Made a supremely strong first impression, which lasted through to the completion of the project. Promptly replied to the initial request for an estimate, and showed not only a firm understanding of the nature of the problem, but also left us with the confidence that they had the capacity to address it. I appreciated how hungry they seemed to gain our business. Very accommodating to us in terms of scheduling and completing the project without delay. The professionalism displayed and the quality of the work appears to be of the highest order. The job is only just completed and time will ultimately prove how effective their work is, but based on our initial interaction we have every confidence that we made the right decision by choosing J Leonardi to complete our project.
