He was very prompt in giving me a quote, but once the work was scheduled, after a couple of hours past the scheduled time I called to check to see what was going on. Only then did they send someone out to do the work. They didn't explain what the reason was for the lateness but it seemed like they had forgotten about us. I am really disappointed in the skylight since we had a domed one before and they replaced it with a flat one. Since the skylight is on a flat roof and the glass now has a flat surface, every time it rains and then the rain dries, it leaves a very spotty surface on the glass. I was quoted $800 for the work and when I went to pay with a credit card I was told that there would be a 3% charge for that. This charge was not noted anywhere on the quote. I think the wiser thing to do would be to quote the higher rate and offer a discount for cash. It left a bad taste in my mouth and in the end I won't end up recommending them.

Damaged other parts of my property while doing job. Left nails in my driveway from repairs.

Professional called when running a little late. Repaired my loose sidings and checked and inspected the rest . Professional customer service,will hire again.

Didnt hire this company only because another company had a lower bid. He was on time for his appointment to look at my garage roof. Was professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. Gave me a detailed price in ten minutes. Much better then most contractors we spoke with.

Josh and his company would get all 5's but I asked for an estimate via email which I didn't get and he did do the project at the cost he said he would. His word is his word but I like to see the estimate in todays times. Thank you Josh for an incredible job from one contractor to another.

Josh a very good man very prompt did a excellent job to my garage siding as soon as he drove up he started the job it took him all of ten minutes to repair the siding and charged me a very reasonable price or I should say a very good price.

Josh and his crew were excellent. Josh worked with me to address all aspects of the job from the quote, to the insurance adjuster, to the unexpected repairs that popped up. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
