J Leonardi would not come back to fix a heating line which had come loose. I begged him to return and he did not. Had to get someone else to fix it. Shame on you for treating a 83 year old person that way.

Most professional contractor we ever had. Arrived on time and completed the job in 2 hours. Cleaned up all debris. I am referring J Leonardi to all my friends and family. As a matter of fact, my neighbor called me minutes after they left to get their name. They were impressed too. Great job!

Josh listened to my request for repairs and did not try to sell me new siding. He did recommend replacing a gutter because it cost less to replace than repair the existing gutter. Work was planned for a Wednesday and the first team came out Tuesday to repair loose shingles, repair aluminum siding, replace missing corners. When done, they had me walk with them around the house to confirm all the work. They completed a few small details they missed and did a great job cleaning up. The gutter team came on Thursday and finished quickly. Great quality work. I did have to call to find out when the gutter team was to arrive and I was not notified the first team was coming early. Overall great work. I would hire them again, but I would specifically request calls or emails to notify me when the tesms will be on site or when the schedule changes.

Josh showed up and actually looked at the issues before giving me a quote. He didn't try to sell me more than what I need done. The workers arrived on time and finished the job quickly.

Minutes after my call to HomeAdvisor, I received a call, set up a day and time to come over and check out my project and within a couple of days, the new skylight was installed and they did a very good job and did a good job with their clean up as well. I would recommend this company, J. Leonard Construction..

Josh was very informative and very helpful. We plan on getting quotes from him in the future for projects. The skylight he put in is a big difference from the previous one we had in our bathroom. So much more natural light.

PROMPT PROFESSIONAL AND GOT THE JOB DONE

They called me right away and came to my house within hours. It was late Friday afternoon and he didn't have what he needed to fix the gutter right away so it was scheduled for Monday. It didn't take very long to do and looks great.

Prompt service. I rated the quality based on his description of what he did. I did not actually see the work ..since I would and could not climb up to inspect. However, he inspected the rest of the roof and told me that additional maintenance was not needed at the moment.

Showed up early and pricing was transparent. Gave him more work after the job was completed.
