Not only did Josh & his helpers install the roof cables in a timely manner, they noticed the flashing and pieces of the chimney were coming undone. Done the same day for a small fee. Would use J. Leonardi again, definitely!

Very friendly and accomadating

Do yourself a favor and hire Josh and his crew even if it takes a day or two longer for them to get there, unless it is an emergency like mine then he does his best to fix it right away, they are worth the wait you will be happy and the process will be stress free. I was in a hurry and I had another contractor repair my roof for a leak. They did such a bad job the leak was worse. They told me it would be at least a week before they would come back. I called Josh late on a Thursday and he came the next morning at 8:30 as promised. He looked at the work the other guy had done and told us it was done wrong and that he could fix it. The price was surprisingly reasonable since he was redoing someone else's work. He sent a crew out the same day and they had everything redone in 3 1/2 hours. They were obviously professionals and definitely knew what they were doing. It rained very hard the next day and my ceiling is bone dry. I could not possibly be happier.

Josh was very responsive and very nice. I would call him if I needed service but Home Advisor (HA) did NOT explain to me when the HA rep asked if I 'ever need any of the following...like roofing done' that the expectation is that I have a job NOW, which I don't. Home Adviisor also failed to explain that by giving me a company reference they charge these companies. So I would say given that J Leonardi did not get a job from me he earned my respect by his professionalism and prompt friendly response as he explained to me what I consider a serious foul on the part of Home Advisor.

Professional and did the job in a timely manner!!

pricing was fair and the owner, Josh, is easy to work with. The 2 men who installed a new flat roof were hard workers and appeared to be very skilled tradesmen.....in retrospect I am comfortable with my decision to hire J. Leonardi Construction to install a much needed new flat roof on my upstairs porch.

This was a very small job that no two other contractors refused. This company responded the same day and did the job the next day, quickly and coompletely. They were friendly, thorough, and professional.

They show up on time, they give you an estimate right then and there, the work is more than satisfactory, and their rates are reasonable and competitive............did I mention that they show up!!!

The electrician [Paul] and Josh did the job in a timely fashion. The work was done,when he said it would be. I,ll let you know how the heating cable works in the winter. Thank you home advisor. Dennis.

Very courteous willing o go over and above

Electrician (Paul) did exceptional work and finished in just a couple hours. He was polite, efficient, cleaned up afterward and did great work. Heating cables not installed yet.

Good Job!

Needed metal siding repaired a job too small for a big siding company and too big for a handyman. They did a great job fixing and replacing old bent siding. Very responsive too.

J. LEONARDI CONSTRUCTION LLC was scheduled to replace two top wood beams in my two car detach garage on Saturday August 8, 2015 at 10:00am. He did not arrived until 5 hours later after I had email you guys (Home Advisor) and cc him. It���s too early to rate his work that���s why I���m only giving him two stars, I did notice that the wires were not attached back on beams efficiently and I gave him only one star for customer service because he was so late. I had wrote him off and did not think he would arrive.

I actually hired one of your referrals and they did a very good job on my roofs. There are still some outstanding things that need to be done and I hope they will take care of them before winter arrives.

Josh was on time and he and his crew were very efficient. They did a few extra repairs not contracted and when they left cleaned up and removed all scrap. He also replaced two leaking sky lites in addition to the roof heaters. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The fellows were timely and did a fine job.
