Anderson HVAC + Plumbing + Electrical

They are very good. I have a contract with them. I only paid $40 because I had to have a new filter put in. The price is great. If I call them, they will see that I get service right away since I have the contract. They are excellent. They wear the booties on their shoes. They check everything including the batteries. I will always use them.

People that go to Anderson Heating are either rich or nuts. They are outrageous because of their prices. They do a lot of advertising and I found that the people who do the advertising, you the consumer, are really paying for it because I talked afterwards to two different people in the heating business and their basic service charge was $60.

Was scheduled for a couple of weeks in the future, but Anderson called in the AM one day after I'd called them for an appointment and told me there'd been a cancellation in my area and their serviceman could be out the same day. I said "Yes!" and the man was here 30 or so minutes later. He was very professional and friendly and thorough - started with my outside unit and worked his way in. After I told him that I'd never had a whole-house A/C unit before, Nick the serviceman gave me much good advice on proper maintenance of my system. He finished outside by hosing the unit's coils and showing me how to do it. I noticed that he put on booties before he entered my house to check the thermostat and filter. He gave me more sensible advice regarding both the thermostat and the filter, at which point I asked him about a service agreement. He gave me the details and it seemed reasonable, so I purchased one, the same as the two previous owners of the house. I highly recommend Anderson!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Record setting low temps are on the horizon ! My furnace would not stay on, it kept starting up and stayed on for only 30 seconds or so. i was worried that my pipes would freeze if I waited until Monday morning. So, I called Anderson's on a Sunday night around 6pm, and left a message. They called back within 15 minutes and were at my house within the hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I will be calling them for my annual inspections from now on !

Billy (the serviceperson) was very pleasant and professional. He serviced both of our gas furnaces; cleaned, tuned up, cycling, etc. It took 1 1/2 hours. He also checked our Aprilaire humidifier, which needed a new water panel which he replaced. He was helpful and instructive with tips regarding how to monitor the humidity and how to keep dust from being sucked into the furnace. We have used this company for years and they are always professional and thorough.

They cleaned and did any necessary repairs.

on 8/30, my AC unit, while unit was running, it was not cooling. Called Anderson to take a look at it. Office staff very helpful. Sent someone out that day. Had to recharge refrigerant. Technician told me it looked like the motor was going on the condenser fan was going. When we discussed the fact that I had to have the unit charged 3 times in the past year, I agreed to schedule a time to have the unit tested. When that was done, found multiple leaks & a bearing leak on the motor fan. Upon my request, an Anderson Rep, Chris Bain was sent to give me an estimate on a new AC unit. I decided on a more energy-efficient unit, so the price was higher. Chris answered all my questions in helping me decide on the unit. Then we started discussing the fact that the second floor never gets cool in the Summer (and the first floor is cold) & the heat in the Winter doesn't seem to get upstairs. Chris recommended the zoning system which involves sealing up the basement ductwork & adding shunts to the system to help pump more warm or cool air upstairs on demand to help get the conditioned air to where it is needed. Mr. Anderson (the owner) came out to help check everything out when I told Chris I was interested.I felt it was a worthwhile investment in my home and worth the expense. Chris helped set up 12month same as cash financing & went over everything very thoroughly. Everything was installed & taken care of as promised and on time. Did not get to try the AC til this year, but the zoning worked as promised. I can even set the upstairs to be slightly warmer in the winter than the first floor & it works! The AC has worked perfectly through the summer as well (and it's very quiet)! No complaints. Have a service contract with Anderson to check the unit annually. Great company to work with!

we were very satisfied. they took all of the old parts out and cleaned up well after themselves. after the inspector came we had a concern and they handled it promptly and courteously.

I've used Anderson twice now for air conditioner repairs. The first time I had cut the wire running to the house while doing yard work. The repairman showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The second time my wife and newborn were at home during the hottest day of the summer when the AC died. Anderson was there within an hour, quickly replaced the compressor and had us back up and running in no time. The left all the dead parts and a description of what was wrong for me to review when I got home. Excellent and friendly service each time and I will definitely use them again in the future.

it went great. Chris explained everything thoroughly. We highly recommended using them.

Had two crews, the first came in to remove the old unit at the promised time. (This was at my request as I wanted to remove the subfloor and replace it.) The next day, the second crew showed up early. Both crews were very professional, covered the floor with tarps and wore shoe coverings. The installation was as I expected, very neat and clean; it just looked good. The new unit is very quiet as promised by Lenox. The excessive air flow noise that I previously had,was corrected If I have any complaint, it would be that I got very little feed back on how the installation was going. For example I overheard Chris ask one the crews to add a couple of screws to a leaking connection. The second was my request to check for an another possible leak farther down the run. I know the first crew checked it but I never heard back if either was repaired. I recommend this company highly.

Excellent. Workers arrived on time and were very professional. Installation as done well and all cleanup done.

They did it all in one day. We needed a zoning variance to place the A/C unit in a different location in our yard. The salesman came to the zoning board meeting with us, in case the commissioners had any questions that we could not answer. Everyone was polite, and professional. Did a very good job, and we are very pleased.

I contacted a salesman from Anderson Heating. He was knowledgable and helpful. He answered my questions completely. At no time did I feel pressured to make the purchase. After the initial meeting with the salesman, I called to schedule the installation. The technician that installed the new furnace was very polite and professional. He immediately got to work and completed the job in a very timely manner. When the job was complete, he cleaned up the areas where he worked, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and left all the information I would need for future services.

They seemed very professional. Everything was fine. They seemed a little bit higher than another company's estimate. They were about $2000 cheaper. But, they were responsive. We would have gone with them if their price was not higher.

Our experience was extremely delightful. The installers were prompt and curtious.They were very clean and thorough, and installation was fantastic even though it took all day.

They are always very courteous and they cover the shoes so they don't make a mess on the floors. We have been dealing with them for years and we like their service.

we were provided with different price options. no detailed explantation of difference of the price options and systems were offered. we picked out a price in the range we were considering. no literature or written proposal were offered. i had to call the office later to find out the model of the furnace and a/c unit we would be buying. after checking the model out on the manufacturers website, i found it to be a single stage furnace and a/c unit. we were able to buy a two stage system for only a few hundred dollars more from a competitor.

I was very happy with the service. Was given a time frame of 10am-12pm and he showed right at 10am. He went right to work and was very professional and friendly. He even answered a few unrelated questions. When he said he needed a part he performed a temporary repair to get the fan working and went outside to check the A/C unit and did a quick cleaning. He cleaned everything up when done. When the part came in was able to schedule an appointment and the technician returned and took care of everything as promised. I cannot comment on the price because I did not compare, but it seemed reasonable. Overall I felt I got my moneys worth.

They were fine. The price was reasonable. In terms of punctuality, they were on time. They were professional.

They let me know everything through the whole process and kept me up to date. They never bad talked any other contractor like some others did. They didn't do high pressure sales. They have a good warranty. Overall they were a 20 out of 10. Their price was in the middle, but the quality was excellent.

Mike was our service person. He was pleasant, informative and efficient. He also uses those "booties" to keep my floor clean, which I appreciate. He was thorough in cleaning and checking both units for top performance.
