Description of Work: I have used Anderson for years to maintain both HVAC and humidifier. They have always performed correctly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone that wanted to know my experience.

Description of Work: Inspection of furnace, heat pump and water heater. Furnace air filter was replaced. I am a member of their Comfort Club program which provides discounts on service calls and parts with no charge for annual inspections.

They are good about contacting us if we have forgotten to make an appointment, but they are not pushy about making an appointment. They are always courteous when talking on the phone. Their employees are prompt and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: I belong to their "Comfort Club" service plan which costs $85/year for my baseboard hot water heating system. Having whole house A/C adds to the cost. With the service plan I get an annual cleaning/inspection free. They call to remind you of the annual inspection. The $26 was the cost of a thermocouple that was replaced. The plan also provides a high priority for service calls over non plan customers. Their technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and do an excellent clean up job when they are done with the job.

Description of Work: Anderson installed my gas furnace and air conditioning about nine years ago and I have been using them ever since for yearly servicing of both. Their yearly service plan has kept these systems running efficiently ever since and I'm very happy with all aspects of their work for me.

Description of Work: This was an annual checkup of the A/C System. We subscribe to their maintenance service which also includes a check of the heating system in the fall. This price covers both checkups. They installed this furnace and A/C for us about 7 years ago. The sales process and the installation were stellar. Their price was very competitive. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. They call us to schedule the maintenance so we don't need to be concerned about missing a scheduled maintenance. We have recommended them to several friends and neighbors who also contracted with them very successfully.

Description of Work: Purchased a Lennox furnace years ago that was supposed to save money. 3 inducer motors, 2 control boards, 1 blower motor within 6 years was a bit much. They should have listened to their customers continued problems and dealt with Lennox accordingly. Even one other Lennox contractor came out and changed a board for nothing and this unit was not even purchased through them. Dates late 1990's through 2009
