Everything went well. The tech was friendly and professional.

They installed something called the Nest 100 and they explained everything and the tech was here awhile explaining things. He was very good and very professional. It only took him about 10 minutes to install it but he was here longer explaining the way I could access it from my cell phone and everything. They don't need to work on anything, he explained everything.

Furnace was fine. The humidifier needed a replacement filter.

They were prompt, professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.

The Tech just wanted to sell us a new unit instead of fixing the leak. He asked us who worked on the unit before and we advised him that it was a person from his own company. He said that it couldn't have been because his company would never leave pipe dope on the pipe. He was very arrogant and basically accused us of lying. My husband used to work in HVAC and is now disabled. He knew the humidifier just needed the water panel changed and The drainage pipes checked. He refused to work on it unless we either replaced the unit or several parts. He became very rude and my husband finally asked him to leave. My husband eventually replaced the water panel himself and It's been working fine for a week now.

Looking for another contractor ....would not recommend

No work performed. I contacted Anderson to get an quote for installation of a whole house AC system. Anderson setup an appointment for two days after my initial phone call. The representative called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm and let me know he was on his way. The representative completed the walk through, reviewed the scope of the project and the system options with me. I was told he would email me a quote in a few days then call to review the quote. It has been 14 business days since the initial appointment and I have not received anything from Anderson. I emailed and called the representative and did not receive any reply. In my opinion this is not an acceptable business practice - if this is how Anderson performs to get your business, then how we they perform completing the project or to correct issues with the system. I cannot recommend Anderson for any type of project. I am in the process of connecting another contractor to complete my project.

Installation went very well. Very professional, knowledgeable and looking out for my future. Took a long time to schedule, but I was not in a hurry. Old hot water tank was working fine. I just converted from electric to gas to save $$. Price was high, but this was a conversion from electric to power vent gas.

They scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for us. Billy emailed that he would be there, arrived on time, explained what he was doing. He showed us the problem and had the item fixed in very short time.

The heat exchanger went out and I needed to get a new one. They cleaned up afterwards. It was fine.

They're reasonably priced and reliable. They're very careful about wearing shoe covers when coming to my house. They call ahead of time so I know they're coming. They have to do upstairs and downstairs work, which takes extra time -- but they're just real good about that. Typically they're at my home for 45 minutes. They also replaced a water heater in an older house (1925) and they did a good job.

I thought it was very reasonable; I don't think we were shocked or anything. We got a big heat pump or whatever you call it. It's a large unit. It's not a tiny little thing.

I was home on that day and I stood next to the service man and he told me and showed me everything that he was doing. I'm an engineer so I was intrigued with what he was looking for and what he was doing. He did a professional and complete job. I did not have a service contract.
