Description of Work: They installed and have serviced our heating and air in 2007. They have a comfort club that costs $160 per year. That provides a service check twice a year for both furnace and AC. At one point a computer board ($800) went bad and it was replaced for free. They are a fundamentally good company.

Description of Work: Anderson Heating and Cooling installed a furnace many years ago and we use them for annual inspection and maintenance on our furnace, humidifier and air conditioning system. We belong to their Comfort Club. They come out once a year in early summer to check out the Air Conditioner and once a year in early winter to check out the furnace and humidifier. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. If issues are observed, the Comfort Club members receive a discount. Only once was an issue observed. We will continue to use Anderson Heating and Cooling for our preventive maintenance and will use for replacement units in the future.

We only stopped using them in 2009 when we had a geothermal system installed which they do not service.

Basement flooded 5 yrs ago in the dead of winter...and I called them at 4 am .serviceman was out by 6am to clean and restart furnace. Doesn't get better than that! Servicemen are polite and courteous..explain everything. Honest pricing too.
