Description of Work: It was more of a product problem with the Lenox furnace after warranty. To many things went wrong repetitive. It was supposed to save money it cost money. Anderson did not fight with Lenox but another Lenox dealer did and fixed things n/c. This goes back a number of years.

Description of Work: Installed a by-pass humidifier on our furnace. Completed in one afternoon, very neat work.

Description of Work: Yeas before Anderson installed a new furnace. Found out my kitchen was not insulated and had ducts that we insufficient to heat the room efficiently. Called Anderson back to see if they had additional ideas to heat the room. A number of suggestions were provided. They gave me a referral and I am in the process of looking into a direct vent fireplace that will be aesthetically pleasing for my century home as well as the heat source I need to heat the entire area. Very helpful and didn't charge for their time. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We have a Comfort Plan for our AC and furnace. It provides us wit a yearly check-up for both devices. As usual, all went smoothly. Anderson Heating is a reliable, professional company that we would not hesitate to recommend to those who need heating/ cooling services.

Purchasing the contract saved us money overall and we were grateful it was suggested instead of just taking what they could. I had a new A/C installed in August as well as the condenser coil (original to the home). |Later, I needed a leak repaired in the drain line. If, I'd known the situation was so benign, I probably would have just wrapped the place with waterproof tape. All in all, I've always been happy with ANDERSON.

Description of Work: They did annual maintenance on the furnace, heat pump, UV light, and humidifier. Everything went well. We have used their services for over 10 years and have remained completely satisfied the whole time. Note: We are part of their Comfort Club which prepays the maintenance fees and service calls so this visit was at no charge. The annual fee to cover our systems is $225.

Description of Work: We contracted with Anderson Heating & Cooling to remove our old gas furnace and install a new Lennox high efficiency gas furnace. Our older air conditioning unit was re-installed in this new furnace, since it was found to be in good working order. Anderson did an excellent job in removing the old furnace, and in installing and setting up our new furnace and programmable thermostat. We've already experienced one very cold winter heating season with no problems, and a noticeable reduction in our natural gas usage. We would definitely recommend Anderson Heating & Cooling for any heating or air conditioning work.
