+ -1 moreThey have a contract deal that we use. You save $10 that way. The above cost is for the whole year. The contract is transferable. They are very clean. They wear paper booties before they come into your house. They seem to be very thorough. The explanations are fantastic. They are very professional. They give you all kinds of confidence in them. We've been dealing with them for a long time and I recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: They come in and service our AC and heating once a year. They also have done work on my mother's house that we own. They inspected the furnace in that home.

+ -1 moreWonderful. I could not be happier with their prompt response and the work performed. A competitor told me they could not give me an appointment for a month. I then called Anderson.
Description of Work: My furnace was not working properly and the house temperature had declined from 58 degrees to 40 degrees in a few days. They agreed to move up my appointment from a Tuesday to the previous Friday. The technician did a thorough analysis, explained his analysis to me in detail, and determined the blower motor needed to be replaced. He ordered a new one and installed it the following Monday. The furnace is working great.

I had some any service providers come in and would drag mud through the house, but Anderson put covers on the feet and tarp down when necessary. Everyone there was extremely professional. They thoroughly explained the warranty. They also followed up with me later to see how everything was going.

+ -1 moreThe service technician, Kevin, that came out was extremely professional! He was courteous to myself and my daughter. As he worked, he answered questions that I had about my furnace. He showed me what he was working on as he disassembled the furnace to clean and inspect it. He wore covers over his shoes when he came into the kitchen and living room to adjust the thermostat and to write up the paperwork for the tune up. We have used Anderson for the past couple of years for our furnace and A/C unit checkups each fall and spring. We have always been pleased with their work.

Description of Work: INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE, A/C UNIT, ELECTRONIC AIR FILTER & UV LIGHT FOR MOLD CONTROL, PLUS APRILAIRE HUMIDIFIER, ALONG WITH ZONED CONTROLS FOR INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS FOR HEAT & A/C.
