Roy Anderson recommended two different hot water tanks for me to chose from based on the size of my family household . There was no high pressure sales and Roy was very good to explain to me the features of each hot water tank ---what benefits you would receive based on the price of each tank. The rest was up to me to decide what I felt I needed to be comfortable with the amount of hot water for my family needs. I chose the tank with a 50 gallon capacity and a quick recovery system. Roy sent two of his servicemen --Mike & Mark --who came out to my home on a scheduled appointment and did a very good job. They hauled away my old hot water tank and were very neat through-out the whole installation process. I would definitely recommend Anderson Heating-Cooling to anyone.

It went very well. Very comfortable experience with the company rep. Very knowledgable. We'll certainly look to Anderson for all future work.

In the midst of the heat wave in the summer of 2011, we call Anderson for service on our heat pump. Tech #1 comes out runs the basic diagnostics and pronounces everything fine. Still the house is not cooling like it should be. We call back and tech #2 (Nick) comes out. Nick runs some diagnostics and suspects the compressor may be bad, although he can't be certain as the compressor has shut down due to thermal overload. I asked Nick for his recommendation and he suggests replacing the heat pump and fan coil due to age of the pump (12 years). How much I ask. Approximately six to eight thousand dollars is the reply. Ouch! My answer is replace the compressor for $1800. Next day, Roy Anderson calls to start the "scare sell" - pushing the new pump. You only get 1 year warranty on the compressor; your system is old, you get the picture. I hold my ground and insist they replace the compressor. Nick comes back with the new compressor. But before he installs it he runs one more test. Voila! The compressor is not bad after all. The problem is a much cheaper part. New part goes in - system is running fine. Their scheduling is terrible. They will not give you an approximate date/time unless they have the part in hand. They must not understand you have to tell your boss you need time off to be home for the repair. Had I not pushed for even a tentative date for a service call, I would have been three weeks without A/C. I understand the POTENTIAL that the part may not be in and they may not be able to keep the appt. Just give me something I can tell my boss to get time off! Finally, you never get to speak to Roy, unless of course he wants to sell you a new system. Now this whole saga took 2 weeks. It could have been done in a week or less if they were not so eager to push a complete new system and to confirm the exact problem. Thanks to Nick for running that one extra check. He did a great job! Boo to Roy for pushing the unnecessary pump and the scare sell.

We belong to the comfort club and have the units serviced 2 times per year. This year the whole house system did not pass testing and could not be charged up with coolant. We anticipated replacement previously so this was no surprise. To be honest, I was dreading this day, but to my pleasure I am very happy we did this work. Roy Anderson came out and made a quote. He offered several systems. We selected a higher end system. The equipment manufacturer was offering a rebate and we also got discounts and energy credit. The transition was seamless and finished in one day. They removed the old and took it away as the new one was installed. Absolutely no mess or inconvenience to us. They also helped set up the city inspection to follow. Courteous and nice. The A/C unit is virtually silent when running. The house is around 2600 sq ft and cooled very fast ( a good thing since this is the heat of July). They added a one yr freebie to our comfort club membership.

Brian (who was on call) from Anderson Heating Cooling was quick to respond by phone to my urgent need. Since this furnace was not the only way we heat our house, he assured me that shutting off my furnace until Sunday morning would be safe and OK to do. Although he was willing to come and repair it on Saturday, we decided to wait until the next day. On Sunday morning, he came over and fixed the furnace. He is pleasant and professional and we were grateful.

Our central air conditioning was not cooling the house. I called the company who installed the unit and they could not come out for five days. I called Anderson Heating and Cooling and they came out the very same day. They even called back and said they could come out earlier in the day than initially planned. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. He also wore footies while inside to protect our carpet which was appreciated. I will definitely use them for any future furnace and a/c work.

Mike the technician was prompt, courteous and pleasant. He checked both A/C units thoroughly.

They are great. I don’t even have to call them when its time to redo the annual contract. They call me to set up an appointment to renew the contract.

Mike was punctual, pleasant and did clean/check all three furnaces. He also changed the water pad in the humidifier. He informed me that if I change to a less expensive filters, the air flow will increase and the blowers in the furnaces will last longer. So I will be changing from my expensive filters to the less costly. He spent about 2 hours or so at my home.

They are very punctual, responsible and do thorough job. They are very neat and tidy. Their pricing is reasonable. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

The technician who came out looked at it and suggested that we have it replaced. Sometime later, an older person called to say that we don’t necessarily need to have it replaced. But by then, we had hired another service provider to do the job. It wasn’t that they were giving us bad information; in fact, they have been really nice to us. It was just funny how things turned out. We didn’t buy the new furnace from Anderson Heating because their price seemed high. I talked to three different providers, and chose the one that offered a better price.

The service rep was informative, really knew what he was doing, and took great care to avoid dirtying our carpets. We subsequently purchased Anderson's service contract for our furnace, A/C and hot water tank, and will renew that contract in 2009.

I really liked that they didn't charge for the diagnostics whereas most of the other companies did. They stayed true to their original quote and they also cleaned out the entire furnace after their work.

It's a local company, they are friendly, courteous, informative, and I would recommend them to others.

This under a contract for them to come and check the heating and air conditioning system in the Fall and Spring and if under this contract, you get a discount. They call and set up appointments when it is time for the checks to be done. They give you a detailed explanation of what they find and if you have any questions about how to use anything or about the gouges, they are willing to take the time and explain everything so we understand. They wear booties over their shoes so they don't track anything into the house and on the floors. Their office staff makes a follow-up phone call to see if you are satisfied and happy with the service.

All contacts were professionally handled, work was performed as agreed and when it was supposed to. No complaints, and would be glad to recommend to anyone.

This price is for the installation of the furnace. I pay $80 for the service contract. He was very quick in giving me an estimate. The furnace was quickly installed. When there was a problem with a pump once, and they replaced it at no cost. The man even gave me advice on how to avoid the same situation in the future. I chose them because they had good ratings on the List, and they have lived up to those ratings. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

We called them and they came out. They were punctual. They confirmed that it was the compressor. They found out that we were still under warranty and gave us the best price.

They showed up on time to do the work. They were very courteous when they were working. They cleaned up everything when they were done working. They kept their feet clean when they were coming in the house.

They were very good, I would definitely use them again. I got two estimates for the job; they were slightly lower than the other, but one was for a different type of system. I had three people that I know of who have used Anderson before, which is another reason I went with them. The salesperson, Bob, was very patient and professional and very knowledgeable about the subject. If I were home while they were doing the work again, I would probably make sure they shut the door behind them when carrying materials in and out of the house. They were very neat and did an exceptionally good job in clean-up--they laid down tarps and took great care to keep the area clean.

Very well. Service tech was very thorough and neat. He even put on booties when he entered the house to keep it clean. He even allowed my dog to supervise him as he worked.

From the moment I called for an appointment, they were very professional and friendly. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Left the area very neat and clean and I was very impressed with the fact that he wore booties every time he entered the house. Had to order the correct pad for our humidifier and came out within days to put it in.

They came within an hour of my call and did a good and neat job. The tech Joel was courteous, professional and knew what he was doing.

They are very neat, and tidy. They are very polite. They wear shoe covers when they come in the house. We have used them for several years now and are very happy. Their prices are reasonable for what they do. We will continue to use them.

They are very reliable. I called them one morning because my furnace went out due to a faulty thermostat and they were her by 1 PM that afternoon. Their prices are competitive. They even checked for carbon monoxide which is something the prior company I used didn't do. I think that is very, very important and I would use them again.
