Everything went well. Installation was delayed a week from the original estimate. That was the result of the electrician not being available. Not a significant problem.

The owner of Installed Services Inc., Jeff, came to house and did a survey of my insulation in our attic. He then gave me his recommendation of what needed to be done and a price for completing the job. I appreciated his recommendation on fixing the old baffles and installing new ones where required for the roof to properly breath. I also appreciated him going up into the attic with me and showing me where air leaks were and where the insulation was missing or too little. I did not realize we were so light on insulation (this explains why the house was a lot cooler in some spots during the winter). The price to do the job sounded vary fair to me. His men came and completed the job in a very efficient and professionally. When the job was completed. what mess was made was cleaned to my satisfaction. The owner, Jeff Monreal came out when the job was completed and inspected the work and the clean up. We are very satisfied the work and service performed by Installed Services Inc. I will definetly be giving Jeff a call next year when we need quotes for a replacement baywindow.

The Installed Services Inc., did a wonderful job of executing the agreement over and above expectations. The technicians were courteous and had the expertise to get the job done right. I wish some of the other contractors this summer had the same attention to detail. Part of the job was done under very high summer temperatures and even with extra ventilation working conditions were extremely hot under the roof, I know I had other work to perform in those conditions. I was working to prepare for other contractors to come in and they helped to keep me on schedule. The resulting insulation performance has been very high. We have had the outside ambient temperature drop 20 degrees overnight but the temperature in the upstairs rooms has dropped 1 degree, with no heat added! The management of this company, Jeff Monreal is a very sincere and patient professional who worked on a difficult job. I could not ask for more. I could have paid less, to another insulating contractor, but I know now I would have gotten less value and teamwork. The old saying "You get what you pay for" applies to Jeff Monreal, his insulation technicians and materials provided.

Jeff the owner is very professional and prompt. He worked with our schedules and was very competitive with his pricing. We have seen a drastic reduction in our electric bill since adding insulation to our attics. We do not notice drafts in the winter or hot spots in the summer.
