Very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done quickly. Owner showed up to make sure everything was going right which it certainly was. I notice a big difference in the house and my heating bill has been half of what it was the previous year.

My newly acquired house was extremely hot upstairs, basically unlivable on a even a cool day if the sun was out, and I had no idea what to do. Jeff from Installed Services called me immediately after I put the job into Angie’s List to discuss the problem, did an estimate that same day, and coordinated services for me to take care of multiple issues. The workers were professional, friendly and timely. In the end my house is, unbelievably, a regular cool temperature, even on a warm sunny day! In other words, they know insulation and attic venting/house temperature issues very well. All issues I had, I was able to discuss and work out with the different professionals right away -very rapid response rates from everyone. I am very happy with the service and would hire again, but thankfully I am not going to need that service again!

Jeff is a first-rate professional. We had a quote from a firm that never came to our house. Jeff insisted on seeing our attic and I'm glad he did. He noticed some issues such as an area with no insulation around a vent from our master bath's shower. That was causing a moisture buildup which in turn led to paint around the shower peeling. He clearly stated what needed to be done and described the steps he would be taking to prevent a moisture buildup between our existing insulation and the new insulation he proposed installing. That was an issue of which I had not been aware. I was sufficiently impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail to ensure that we would have properly. installed insulation that I decided not to look any further. Lastly, on the day the insulation was installed, he came out with his crew to make sure they knew what to do. He also found an issue with the venting of our guest bathroom's shower which he made sure was improved as part of the insulation installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff's firm, Installed Services, to any homeowners seeking to add insulation to their residences.
