Description of Work: I called for HVAC service and gas leak repair to the company that had installed my AC and furnace systems. After 2 calls leaving voicemails, I finally reached the office manager on the 3rd try. I gave my info for a callback by the technician but had not heard from anyone a few days later. When I called again and spoke to the office manager, he told me it had only been a few days and would relay my message to the technician again. I would have expected a more prompt response for an established customer. I am a believer in 2nd chances, but I hope that doesn't happen again.

Description of Work: They cleaned and inspected my residential steam heat boiler system. We've used them for many years to maintain that system and also had them install an automatic water a few years ago. Always good work at a reasonable price - and no attempts to oversell or create work. I trust them. Scheduling has been a headache at times - though I think they would be fine in an urgent situation. Our situations has not been urgent.
