They arrived in the morning and were done by early evening. Quality work, and a good water heater brand.

George was very thorough and explained what he was doing throughout the service. I'm very confident that my A/C is in good shape and ready for another summer.

It was excellent from start to finish. The men were punctual, neat, efficient, friendly, and attentive to all issues and details. Good communication all the way. Final cost was actually less than initial estimate.

His name was Ted Herzog. We had 3 different estimates and we really liked the way that Ted presented everything. He seemed to really understand where we were coming from and what we could afford. He found ways to help us save money.

Herczog is very professional and very kind. They are very reasonable in what they cahrge as well. Our daughter's A/C went out on a 90 degree day with a newborn there and he came out right away that morning then went to go pick up a new A/C unit and installed it that night.

He was able to fit me into his schedule within about a week, and educated me on every step of the tune up process. He even provided pointers to eliminate the need for him to return before every winter. I thought this was especially nice of him because it in turn makes him loose money but in the long run will make me a loyal customer in the future.

Went perfectly -- showed up when they said they would, completed work promptly, cleaned up -- and they solved a problem I'd gotten multiple quotes to address, and only they figured it out at a reasonable price. (This was for a guest house -- small space, but hard to access.)

They fix things that others seem to not be able to do. I have a very complicated system and they can figure things out. They are reliable, reasonable, fair, and honest. I will continue to use them.

We were referred to Ted as a"lower cost option" by a local realtor who has seen much of his work and used him to install A/C in her own home. From the beginning , Ted returned our call immediately and when he heard that we were in a rush to get this done he started the work within 1 week. He came to our home in the evening, when both my husband and I could meet him. It was evident immediately that he "knew our house" just from having been in so many similar ones in this part of Shaker. He therefore knew his exact game plan for running the ducts before any invasive exploration and had creative solutions. He was very good about respecting our budget and consequently steered us away from HVAC and towards trying the 2nd and 3rd floor only first, both of which were less profitable to him. The workers who came were extremely neat (both in appearance and in their work), and the whole process, which took about 5 days, was very non-invasive. The A/C has worked great, and we are very happy with it. In short , we were much happier with Ted than I think we would have been with the more expensive companies, and we saved money.

They did a good job. We did not have any problems with them. They were punctual and professional.

They are fantastic. The prices are fair. They can come in an emergency. They are wonderful.

They also checked out my furnace, replaced an ignitor switch. They charged me $350 less than someone else was going to charge me for the same thing.

They did an excellent job and they were very fast. I would recommend them. They were professional and very responsive. I felt like they knew what they were doing.

Most important thing about this company is that they are creative. He comes up with creative solutions. His price was $4000 cheaper than a leading competitor. He is difficult to reach, but I was willing to wait because I was so impressed with his creativity and his lower price. He ended up putting in a larger unit for a little more money, without discussing it with me.

TED WAS INTELLIGENT, POLITE, PUNCTUAL AND VERY SKILLED IN HIS FIELD.

Everything about this company was EXCELLENT.

NEEDED QUOTE FOR FURNACE WORK AND INSTALLATION OF RADIATORS. HE GAVE A QUOTE AND WE ORDERED THE MATERIALS, BUT WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF HIM SINCE. I'VE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, HE'S CALLED BACK A FEW TIMES WITH EXCUSES ABOUT SCHEDULING (BAD TIME OF YEAR, NEED TO GET A CREW TOGETHER).

TED WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL and CANDID IN GIVING US THOROUGH INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHOICES WE HAD TO MAKE and THEN LEFT IT UP TO US TO DECIDE. WE MADE THE DECISION. HE and TWO WORKERS INSTALLED OUR UNITS IN A MATTER OF DAYS, WORKING EFFICIENTLY and CLEANLY. ALSO, THE PRICE WAS ABOUT HALF WHAT ANOTHER COMPANY HAD QUOTED FOR THE SAME THING!

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND EFFICIENT, AND I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 15 YEARS. THEY DO PLUMBING AS WELL AS ELECTRICAL. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY, BUT THEY DO THEIR JOB .

IF ANYONE IS LOOKING TO HAVE AC INSTALLED THEY ARE BY FAR THE CHEAPEST. I CALLED SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES.
