They understood everything we wanted done. They called ahead, and came out a few days earlier than our original date, which was good with us. The work was done exactly as we discussed. Everything was cleaned up. Everyone was nice and polite. Did a great job!

First of all we have had trouble even getting returned phone calls from other services; Doug Scheck was prompt with returning calls. Doug gave a written estimate with different options to choose from, everything written down for us, no pressure to make a quick decision, just good information. The price was good compared to some numbers that people had told me personally. We had a large tree that was dying and needed to be removed before it came down on it's own. On the day of the cut they laid a plywood road across the lawn to bring equipment right up to the tree. They started one afternoon and finished the next day leaving the lawn clean and no ruts from the trucks. Some wood was even cut for us into firewood lengths and we had only asked that a few branches be left for that purpose. I won't hesitate to use Tree Maintenance Service again!

It went very well. We live on a wooded lot and had three large dead trees removed and other trees trimmed that were hanging low. They showed up exactly when they said and worked efficiently. They cleaned everything up and I was very happy with everything.

They called and asked if they could come two days earlier than scheduled. That was fine with me. Arrival was to be about noon and they showed up at 11:30. By 12:45 the tree was down, stomp gone and total area cleaned up. The fire place length logs were piled where I requested. The right equipment and knowing what to do made the job much quicker than I expected. I have some other trees that could use some pruning and I will be calling Tree Maintenance Services when I am ready.

They show up when they are supposed to, do the job and leave the area clean.

We have used Doug since he started about 18 years ago. He always returns our phone calls and he is usually out within a week from when we call him. They always clean up so there is no evidence that they were here. They are good workers and pleasant to work with.

They are reliable and they clean up well. I am calling them again this spring.

They had to use a crane in order to complete the work. They did a really good job, They were very professional and arrived on time every morning, I have never seen 3 guys work harder. I was only going to get the one taken down but they offered me a good price on the second since they already had the crane out. They completed the work in 3 days. They cleaned up well and did a really good job. No complaints whatsoever. They were recommended to me by my dog groomer and she was right. The price was good and the work was excellent. I have one tree left in the back and I might have them back to take care of that.

IN ADDITION TO PERFORMING THE AGREED-UPON WORK, THEY GAVE US WOOD CHIPS AT NO COST. THEIR ESTIMATE GAVE US OPTIONS OF ONLY FELLING THE TREES, AND/OR THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF CHIPPING BRANCHES, OR CUTTING UP AND REMOVING LOGS.
