Description of Work: Demolition of garage, demo and replacement of wood fence, repair of chimney tuckpointing. Communication got off to rocky start, including notification when workers were not coming, but the supervising personnel were very helpful including addressing issues during service and at conclusion to meet my expectations. The two personnel assigned to perform the work were respectful and competent.

Description of Work: Hanson repaired 3 ceilings and painted 4 rooms. The guys were fun and professional, would have them out again.

Description of Work: Hansen replaced my rotted wood Portico on my house with composite materials. | |I selected Hansen because during my RFP process, I felt they were most responsive, had the most attention to detail, and would be the easiest to work with, even though their price was at the high end of the range. But they were flexible in pricing and we agreed to fees that I thought were reasonable given other estimates. | |The workmanship the team did was outstanding and they were very professional on the job site: kept things clean, were respectful of my yard, and of course the finished product was exactly what I wanted and of high quality. | |The only constructive feedback I have is basically "be where you're supposed to be, when you're supposed to be there." And if you can't do that, be sure to communicate this ASAP. The dates I was given for the project were 9/16-9/23 and they ended up being 9/19-9/26, but I had to call on 9/16 to find this out when they didn't show up as expected. | |At the end of the day, these were self imposed dates and the difference to me on starting on 9/16 vs 9/19 didn't matter. I would just prefer better communication if you aren't going to do what you said you would do. | |Generally speaking though, my experience was great and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They gave me a quotation to do a bathroom remodel. Quotation was quite a bit more than I expected. No, I did not use them

Description of Work: They replaced our entire drop ceiling in our basement. The job took longer then they expected, but they came back promptly to finish the job. The work was done to our satisfaction, and they straightened up our existing frame.
