It went great!
Description of Work: Derek did an amazing job. He was accurate knowledgeable and very neat. He asked fire any questions when it was time for place to park my furnace. I trust Genes Refridgeration with all of our heating cooling / plumbing needs! We have been with them for 20+ years. I will make commend them as much as I can. Even sent them out to himkley to replace a water heater fornfriends!

It went fine.

Everything is working out great.
Description of Work: We are on a service plan with Gene's. There was a small blockage in one of our filter lines to our air conditioner. This caused a leak. I called Gene's and they were out within 3 hours. The system was checked out and we are good to go.

I PHONED DOZENS OF REPAIR PROVIDERS AND ALL WERE TOO BUSY TO SCHEDULE MY SERVICE CALL (ONE EVEN TOLD ME THAT HE HAD TO DRAW THE LINE SOMEWHERE AND I WAS IT). WHEN I CALLED GENE'S I GOT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND FOLLOW THROUGH. THE SERVICE PROVIDER WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE AND CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.

GENE''S HAS DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR US AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. IN THE MOST RECENT CASE, HOWEVER, THEY MADE A DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE VISIT, AND HAD TO ORDER THE PART. THEN, THEY DID NOT CALL WHEN THE PART CAME IN. IF I HAD NOT FOLLOWED UP WITH THEM I WOULD STILL BE WAITING!
