+ -1 moreFrom estimation to actual service calls, Brookside is a pleasure to do business with. Our previous experience with lawn treatment from another company was not good (we continually were getting sales calls but had to prod them to perform service calls). Brookside is just the opposite; they show up when they're supposed to and don't try to "upsell" anything. We haven't had a sales call from them - ever! Would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Fertization and weed control for the 2010 season for ~1 acre yard. Approximate cost for each treatment is $120.

+ 1 morePerfect! We could not possibly be more pleased. Any initial complaints we have, they return as many times as necessary until we are satisfied. Respectful, friendly, they work hard... and our yard looks great!!
Description of Work: We pay about $400 a year for lawn fertilization services, including aeration, soil sample tests, grub prevention, overseed. They are awesome. If any service is not done to your perfection they will return as many times as necessary until you are satisfied, at no extra charge. We have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. This is our 3rd year in a row renewing their services. We love Brookside Lawn Service!!

They called us back pretty quickly and they came out within a few days for an estimate. As soon as we started service, they were out within a couple of days. They are very professional.

Although they agreed with the price that should be billed their system had issues. Good company and will probably continue to use them. Office seems understaffed.
