Description of Work: We moved to the property March of 2010 and as the seasons progressed it was obvious the lawn had little prior care. Hired Brookside to treat our lawn to address crab grass, weeds, and overall health of the lawn and most importantly poison ivy which not only grew up along the trees but had creeped into the lawn. The area treated was only around the house but still well over an acre. We also had Brookside aerate and top seed the property in October to introduce new grasses. Technicians were always courteous, aware and respectful to the fact we have multiple dogs, and always cleaned up any overspray. Very pleased with Brookside's service and their staff from the person manning the phones to the employees who came to our home.
