The installers were punctual, professional, and finished the work in a couple of days. The floors are beautiful. I did not expect such a good looking result.

They did a great job and I like the carpet that I pick. It took the installers no time to lay the carpet down and they moved my furniture with no difficulty.

Matt, the salesman, was very helpful in matching the carpet to the colors in the rooms from pictures that I took to him, and making suggestions. The installers, Ray and Jim, were quite skilled in carpet installation. The whole experience was very positive. I was very pleased that they moved all the furniture; I turned down another company because they would move only 5 pieces; that would not have worked for me.

My insurance company gave me enough money to replace the tile in the basement. Marshall Carpet & Tile came in very close to what it was. Their price covered the cost of both the tile and the floor. I was very happy about that. They were super. I couldn't have wanted more. They were nice people. A representative came out and looked at the basement. He advised me on the kind of tile to put down and the color. He was very helpful because I wasn't quite sure how to do it having never done it before. He quoted me a price that was correct. They came out and did the replacement. Everything was tidy and nice. It is just amazing how it looks. I felt safe working with them. I plan to use them again in the future if I have anything else to do in the house.

Overall, things went very well. They delivered several samples to us and went out of their way to help us make the right color choice. We had extra carpet and they offered to bound it at no extra charge. The installers were great and were able to complete the job in only a day and a half.

The carpet installers they used were terrific. They had to make adjustments to fit it close to new flooring in the bathrooms and laundry room since this is an old warehouse building. It looks great.

hardest part was selecting a color/design... We took many carpet samples home to try. They arrived when they said they would and the job went smoothly.

Gary at Marshall is fantastic and did a great job. We did a comparison with other high-rated Angie list vendors and Marshall was the best with quality, time frame and price. They were prompt, efficient, responsive and worked with a tight time frame. They went above and beyond every step of the way, but never over promised. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

The carpet installers did an excellent job with the the new carpet and the used carpet installed in the basement. The original install of the original F/R carpet had seams showing which was always a problem. When the carpet was re-installed in the basement--no seams! They did a great job.

Marshall Carpet & Tile offered very good quality service. They matched the carpeting so perfectly that you wouldn?t notice that any work was done on them. They took a few days to come out, though.

Our sales rep Cindy was very professional and patient as we figured out how many rooms we could afford to redo. She gave us multiple estimates on different combinations of rooms and always responded promptly to our calls and emails. She was also very friendly, giving our toddler animal crackers when we had to bring her into the showroom with us one day. Mario, who measured the space, was also very professional. The installers worked really hard and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the new carpet and would use this company again.

After informing Marshall Carpet of our problems (water stain on a part of the carpeting that had to be replaced), Marshall Carpet offered the services of its representative to assess the problem, and if necessary, to replace the segment, without charge, with part of the excess segments we possessed from the original installation. Its representative did so without charge. It was a very pleasant surprise. The original installation was very professional, and the subsequent service, months later, was testimony to the care Marshall Carpet has for the customers.

The actual installation went fine, but we had a hard time actually scheduling a time. We needed to have it installed on a Saturday (not during the week), and we made this clear to them when before we purchased. They said no problem. But then later when we scheduled, they refused to schedule on a Saturday. Eventually they relented, but it was a frustrating experience. The other frustrating thing was the installers complained over and over about having to install carpet on a 3rd floor. They also rushed through it and the quality wasn't perfect (but, admittedly, it was fine for the price).

It was a good experience, I do not have anything negative to say. I pulled out the old carpet myself to save a little money. They prepped the floor and laid new tackwood where needed. They have very good people skills. It was a very good price.

Mary Zella was very accommodating in sales, even giving us samples to take home. The measurer arrived on time and in a company car so there was no doubt as to who was knocking at our door. The installers had a cancellation and called to be sure they could come early. All the work was completed promptly. So far it looks fine.

Outstanding service from walking through the door to meet the sales rep all the way to paying the final invoice. Installers had to move multiple pieces of furniture to complete the installation and did so complaint free.

They did an excellent job on the the installation and the carpet seems to be quality goods. They also did an excellent job on the vinyl in the kitchen. The salesman was very polite and courteous and I really enjoyed doing business with them.

They were extremely helpful & nice while I was their but their prices were a little high. I may use them in the future depending on their pricing, otherwise they were quiet helpful.

Helpful when I went to the salesroom. Every person from the man who came to measure to the installer were on time and courteous. Got reminder call when they were showing up. Excellent experience.

Very Poor. Ten years ago we contracted Marshall Carpet to do all the flooring (carpet and laminate) for our new house. The job they performed was generally good, but not without problems; it was roughly a $6,000 job. We were pleased enough to expect we would select them this year to replace the carpet. The salesperson, Gary Humberson, was less than interested in the products Marshall's sold; he was more interested talking about his recent vacation. After we got the estimate he asked that we get back to him if others had lower bids and he would respond. We did, although his bid was well over $1,000 more than two others on a $3-4,000. job. He made no response and refused to explain his bid which combined items together while other bidders provided specific line entries. He apparently never wanted a sale; he didn't get it. We will never return to Marshall Carpet as a result of this interaction.

Price was reasonable and I had a good experience with them.

The installers arrived on time. The work was performed to my satisfaction. The entire process took less time than I anticipated.

SOMETHING BROKE UNDER OUR SINK IN THE KITCHEN. CAME OUT TO DO REPAIR. FIXED ANY PROBLEMS MEASURED CAREFULLY, TOOK DIGITAL PHOTOS. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES.

REQUIRED EXPERT INSTALLATION & MARSHALL'S HAD EXPERTS AVAILABLE TO DO THIS WORK. THE PATTERN OF THE CARPET WAS INTRICATE & REQUIRED A GENIUS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CUT & PUT IT TOGETHER WITHOUT USING LOTS OF EXTRA CARPET. CAREFUL PAINSTAKING LABOR TOOK TWO DAYS TO COMPLETE. CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. LEFT OVER PIECES A MINIMUM.
