Description of Work: I was shocked to have a company actually being honest. I had terminex check for infestation and there was none found...as I have no idea what that looks like he could've been dishonest to get the sale.

Description of Work: Scheduled a free evaluation of services. Representative arrived on time. After that, not much else happened. Walked around my property and home perimeter. Explained that to do the job thoroughly would cost around $1500. No real details provided about what was calculated in that cost. The competition arrived a week later, no free estimate but services were performed same day and they appear to be working at this time.

Description of Work: We had termites. Terminix schedules annual visits for us to evaluate for any new colonies. Always on time for appointments. Flexible to fit my schedule. There original service was thorough and the termites are gone.

+ -1 moreWe have a service contract with them. They come and they respond when we have a problem. They took care of a termite thing that we had going on few years ago. They are good and their people are good. There is nothing that we feel that they could improve upon. We would use them again in the future and we would recommend them. Their price is $80 per quarter which is a little high.
