Unit was already dismanteld when they arrived. They wrapped it very well to protect - was pleased by that. They took forever. I questioned the cost - felt that sending 3 guys and charging nearly 400 was ridiculous - they said it was necessary to do a professional job. The office contacted me several times for feedback but it was at I time when I was traveling for work and was swamped. I decided to let it go, which is my fault -- should have pursued it.

For various reasons, I had to move from one apartment in a large complex to another within the same complex. Luckily, I did not have much, and was able to move most of it easily. However, I did have a few items far too large for me to move on my own, so I called them to help me move these items (bed, dresser, bookcase, etc.). They said they would come at a certain time, and they did. They moved the items professionally and well. Overall the thing went smoothly, I just wish they had not been so expensive.

They showed up on time and evrything after that was average at best. As the truck filled instead of about prioritizing what to move, they told me what they weren't going to move.To their credit they did agree to take a table instead of something else, but no communication followed. They had to borrow my screw driver and said they didn't have a wrench to remove the washer hose. No tools on a moving truck, come on. They didn't put the bed together in the new house. They used the term "big guy" or I think it was "boss" when referring to me - not to professional. They damaged tree limbs backing in and pulling out. Don't get me wrong it wasn't a horrible experience but it lacked good quality and professionalism.

They were really polite on the phone. One thing I didn't like was that they started clocking time from when they left their office until when they got back to their office. There was basically a half-hour fee added on during which they weren't doing work. However, they were nice on the phone.

From the time I spoke to Shannon to schedule it, to the time they left the new home, it could not have gone more smoothly. The move was accomplished on very short notice. Cody and James, our movers, were very professional. They moved everything very quickly and nothing was broken. Because we needed to do everything so quickly, we really were not very prepared. Many items were in bags, or loose, but they took it all in stride. Cody and James were especially patient when they arrived at the new home and had three women trying to decide what should go where (yikes!) In the end, the total cost was less than the estimate. We could not have been more pleased. I would definitely refer this company to anyone who is looking for a mover!

The price was reasonable and they did a good job with the packing. We did some of the packing, but the furniture and so forth they did a good job with. It didn't take them very long and we were very pleased with their professionalism.

The crew arrived when expected and were very friendly and professional. This move was considered a long distance move (Maineville area to Columbus), and was estimated to take one full day. I did all packing myself. It took nearly the entire day for three guys to load the truck. As I was enroute to Columbus, I received a call on my cell phone telling me that the truck stopped at a weigh station and was held-up because it was overweight. They had to send another truck from Mason to the weigh station and off-load some of my belongings. Due to the late hour, they had to take the trucks back to their office and park them overnight. So, I was heading to a home in Columbus with nothing but the clothes on my back! I then received a call from the lady who did my estimate telling me that it would only cost me an additional $520 !! In the end, I split the cost with them (friends/family I told after the fact felt I should not have agreed to this), so it cost about $260 more than my original bid. I had a bid from another mover for less than this total. I chose Two Men over that mover due to the lower bid. The trucks arrived the following day and took the better part of the day to unload. Some of my furnishings were damaged, including a leather sofa cushion and my piano. When I went back to my old residence I found some significant damage to woodwork. One of the guys (two were sent to unload in Columbus) couldn't handle the weight of the piano, so they had to call the Columbus Two Men who sent someone to help move the piano. They did hire someone to do the repairs (but it took about a month before I was contacted about this), and the person that repaired the piano did an amazing job. Overall not a great experience and I am not sure I'd use them again (maybe for local, but not for distance move); had to check yes or no below, but at this point I'm not sure.

Matt and Miquel were friendly and professional. They respected my furniture and moved it with care. It took them about an hour. Of course there was paperwork but Matt explained everything in detail and to my understanding. It took not much time at all.

They did a good job, but I didn't like all the paper work just to move some items to my basement.

WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, WHICH REALLY DISAPPOINTED US BECAUSE WE HAD HEARD GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. THEY WERE LATE IN SHOWING UP. ACTUALLY, THE COMPANY HAD TO SEND OUT THREE MEN THAT WERE OFF FOR THE DAY AND ONE WAS HUNG OVER.

THEY HAD DAMAGED OUR FURNITURE, AND SCUFFED THE WALLS AND DOORWAYS. I FELT THEY WERE CARELESS WITH OUR POSSESSIONS. THE MOVERS DID ACT WITH PROFESSIONALISM, THOUGH, AND DID ARRIVE EARLY ON MOVING DAY.

Jason and David were sent to move our furniture. They arrived at the time we were told. We could not believe how fast they had our furniture loaded onto their truck. We were very satisfied with their performace. The company called a couple days prior to the move for confirmation of the moving date. The whole operation was done in a very professional and plesant manner. We would hire them again.

We can't say enough good things about the Two Men and a Truck franchise out of Mason. The two young men they sent were great. They were very personable, professional and most importantly, careful with our belongings. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I CALLED AT THE LAST MINUTE BECAUSE I HAD PLANNED TO RENT A TRUCK MYSELF, BUT THE HELP I HAD PLANNED ON COULDN'T SHOW UP AT THE LAST MINUTE. SO I ENDED UP HIRING THEM ABOUT TWO DAYS BEFORE A WEEKEND THAT WAS THE END OF A MONTH AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN AT 3:30 ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. EVERYWHERE ELSE WAS BOOKED UP. THE GUYS WERE VERY POLITE AND NICE. THEY DIDN'T MIND WORKING WITH THE HIGH-SCHOOL HELPERS I HAD ALREADY HIRED (WHICH MEANT I SAVED MONEY). THE TRUCK WOULDN'T GO DOWN MY DRIVEWAY BECAUSE OF A LOW-HANGING TREE, BUT THEY DIDN'T MIND OR MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF HAVING TO CARRY THINGS FURTHER. NOTHING WAS BROKEN. THERE WAS NO STRESS. I WASN'T AFRAID OF BEING ROBBED AS I HAVE BEEN WHEN I'VE USED MOVERS WHO HIRE PEOPLE OFF THE STREET. THE TRUCK WAS CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. THE GUYS HAD NO TROUBLE CARRYING ANYTHING. IF I HAD KNOWN IT WAS THIS INEXPENSIVE TO GET HELP, I WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM FOR MY LAST MOVE.
