Jason was more than a realtor. He has experience rehabbing homes and as a result could spot potential problems in properties we looked at before we made an offer. He also has good contacts for reasonable repairs. He was a library of knowledge and very eager to help. Jason is mainly focused on the selling of homes. His focus was Internet based marketing, which made sense to me. If you think open houses sell houses then you might want someone else. ?Open houses are for nosey neighbors.? I couldn?t agree more. After we picked a list day a talented photographer took photos of our home. Once our house was listed it sold in 2 days. Sheri is the buying agent on Jason?s team. Sheri was very flexible in showing us houses. The area we were looking in was about an hour from her house. She knew we had to find a house fast and was flexible with our schedule. Ask Sheri for her opinion as you walk through a home because she really knows her stuff. She can spot those issues you might not even see in a house. Sheri is also very accessible. She would answer texts late at night if we were in an offer or negotiation. Last but certainly not least is Martina. Martina is a realtor who also serves the Transaction Coordinator on Jason?s team. Martina can answer any question and keeps everything moving towards a successful closing. Martina really takes over after a sale is pending. I never met Martina but she was fantastic at keeping everyone on track and keeping us informed. Jason offered us a lower commission if we sold and purchased with his team. That isn?t because they have a discount operation. Jason invests in online marketing and uses the best tools available. They use Docusign, which allows you to sign contracts from you phone or computer. This doesn?t sound like much but when a few hours can mean someone else gets the house you want it was amazing. Lastly I can say everyone was very friendly in a genuine way. We interviewed lots of realtors and we were happy to have a great realtor team with modern tools at a reasonable price.

Jason and his team, Gary Bennett in particular, were instrumental in helping us find and purchase our new home. Gary was straight-forward with us throughout the entire process. He was not pushy, and did not rush us into making a decision - in fact, I think we looked at the home we purchased a total of 3 times before putting in our offer. At first, we couldn't really find anything we liked (we had a pretty restricted search area), so Gary suggested we expand our search into neighboring school districts with similar communities. It was after this suggestion, that we found the perfect home for us. Without Gary's knowledge of the area, we may have been looking for much longer, or settling on a house we didn't want fully. There was a bit of a hiccup towards the end of the process with some miscommunication on closing dates between Jason's team and the seller, but that was cleared up very quickly. Overall, a great experience and a pleasure working with the team (and Gary).

The process was much more smooth than anticipated and exceeded my expectations. Jason and his team were extremely professional, very friendly and very hard workers.They did an excellent job marketing our home which led to a much quicker sale than anticipated! There are many real estate agents available when selling your house. Working with Jason made clear the difference between using a decent one and an outstanding one. My wife and I hired Jason to sell our home in Anderson Township. We relocated to Southern California after years living abroad. Initially, we hired another agent to sell our home. After six months we took it off the market. We did not get any offers, and communication was poor. In February, we listed our home with Jason. Within twenty-four hours we had an offer on the house and within a month we had closed on the deal. Despite the short time frame, the deal was not without its challenges. Jason went above and beyond what I expected of him as a real estate agent to make sure the deal worked out. Among the highlights of our experience with Jason: - Communication. He and his team are so helpful that the process was easy. I have never met a more dedicated and honest realtor in my life. This is the 4th house I have bought and Jason helped me with the last two. What a difference. You absolutely cannot go wrong with him.

Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This was my first time I was selling through a realtor. I had no clue what I was doing but Jason took us by the hand and brought us in for a three way landing.

Martina and Jason were both fantastic. At our first meeting, Jason took us out to dinner and explained the whole buying process. We had a low-end budget (we were looking at houses in the $50,000 range), but they treated us like we were high-end customers. Martina showed us around dozen houses, working around our schedule. Their were two houses that we were planning to put an offer on, but Martina researched and found that they were located in a flood plain. We put in an offer on a very cheap shortsale, only to have it fall through at inspection. After a marathon weekend looking at houses, Martina scheduled a second showing for the house we were most interested in. She came on a Sunday evening, after a family event, and brought a ladder with her so we could investigate the house further. We ended up buying the house for $62,500 - $7,500 below the list price. After we closed, they sent us a housewarming gift. We loved Martina and their team was fantastic! They answered so many questions and did a ton of work for us.

After having my second baby we decided to buy a home. We were both new at this and were clueless as to how to buy a home. I found Jason Bowman's team through Angie List. I called and later that day Martina, Jason's partner of his team met up with us the same day. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we had my 6 year old and newborn with us. Jason Bowman of ReMax Realtors has streamlined the house selling process by using cutting-edge technology where it is appropriate an excellent support staff when it is not. In addition to the extensive use of email, I would mention the use of "Docu-Sign" technology that prevented his having to run back and forth every time there was an offer or counteroffer. This really, really, speeded negotiations up and also provided a useful paper trail of transactions. One great thing I could say about Bowman is that he actually prevented us from pricing the house too modestly even though that would have made the house easier for him to sell. How often does a realtor do that? He was looking out for our best interests. We had a qualified buyer within mere days. While the MLS listing may imply that the sale took several months, it actually took less that two weeks (this was due to the buyers' request to close later than normal). We weren't in any hurry and the buyers wanted time to sell their current property. Moreover, the Internet advertisement of our home using the services of his top-notch videographer showcased our home to its best possible advantage. When she finished her work, her panoramic video presented a home rivaling anything in a design magazine. Bowman also effectively delegates to others where appropriate - which allows him to focus upon marketing the property. The Jason Bowman team took on the sale of my house on July 1, 2012 after I had been on the market with another realtor for 5 months. They came in and had my house listed within 36 hours of taking on the sale, and 3 weeks later I had two offers to choose from.
