Jason and his team did a fantastic job for us in selling our old home and buying our new home. He was able to make recommendations for contractors and mortgage companies that really made a huge difference for us. He is very personable and was always easy to get a hold of when we had a question or concern. My wife and I have had to use realtors on multiple occasions in the past but he would be the first person I would recommend to friends and families.

Jason and team did a fantastic job for us. We considered a low commission broker, but the quality and professionalism that Jason provided was exceptional and far more than others offered. You are not just paying for a MLS listing, it takes more than that to sell a house. We sold our house in 6 days after excellent photos and listing in the typical services. That was the easy part. Inspection, negotiation, navigating delays and bank challenges were where Jason and his team really shines. Let me tell you, that's where it really counts and where he earned his money...worth every penny! The cost below is the full real estate commission that he split. I would recommend him and will be using him when we buy our next house in the area.

Sale went well and moved quickly due to the team following up on paper processing, inspections and appraisals. Jason correctly identified several items needing repair prior to listing. He also paid for a professional to provide staging tips and another for professional photography. Team reaaearch identified the right price for the market, we sold first day on market within a few thousand of asking price. There were three other offers in work within 30 hours of listing. Jason did well negotiating price and other items with buyer. Very easy to work with and very open two way communications.

Based on the many positive reviews, I made the call to the office where Rachel assured me that she would arrange for Jason to come to my home. Though it was the busy early June real estate season, Jason came out for a consultation. He spent several hours listening to my story, my questions, and my concerns. He helped me to see that I need not wait four years to sell. He helped me to make decisions about what I realistically might need to do and what would not be necessary. He provided comparables so I knew what to expect as far as pricing for my farm. He led me rather than pushed me to consider putting my home on the market this year. First, I decided to see what was out there for a person in my circumstances. The Team set up a Web connection which sent me regular lists of homes that met my criteria. Rachel took me to see many properties during June and into July. I suddenly concluded that I needed to build, found a development, and with Rachel's help signed a contract to build on July 19. Now it was time to go into high gear to get my property on the market. There were several things that needed to be done immediately such as replace a partial metal roof that was 50 years old, prepare the house for being shown, get pictures taken by a wonderful and experienced photographer, and be ready to go live on the MLS by Monday, August 14. I especially appreciated that I was encouraged by Jason not to "stage" my home and property but to let the character of this much loved place where we had raised our five children be seen. By that Monday evening I had my first offer and by early Tuesday afternoon the second. Jason helped me every step of the way with the negotiations that resulted in a more than a satisfactory agreement to sell and a backup offer if the first failed for some reason . Several unforeseen things happened in the next few weeks before closing that were stressful, but Jason, Rachel, and Joann were always just a text or phone call away. On one especially difficult day when things were not going well with a contractor hired to do some necessary wall repairs, Jason came and spent several hours helping to get the matter resolved. There is more positive I could report, but I'll leave at this: The Jason Bowman Team has a commitment to customer service and an integrity not experienced enough in today's business community. I highly recommend that you contact the Team if you are considering selling or buying!

I am so grateful for Jason & his ability to get my property sold. He was very familiar with the real estate market where the property was located & I valued his input & recommendations for selling. As I was an out of town seller, Jason went out of his way to make sure the property was secured & to make it more presentable for showings. And he made multiple trips to the property to check on it. Despite some challenges with the property (location & condition) he was able to get it sold. He was professional, kind, courteous, very responsive to my needs as a seller & he kept me updated on a regular basis. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a realtor in many ways - finding us various contractors or handymen he's worked with in the past, trying to get us the best deals on work that needed to be done to get our house sold. He would often do the leg-work - calling people or meeting them at the house to be sure repairs were done correctly. Within four days, Jason listed the property and we had five showings and three offers on the first day, which the best of the three we accepted, which was at our asking price. She was responsive and timely with any questions I had (and there were lots of them!) and she was able to help me negotiate the best price on my home. She kept all the necessary documents organized and available to me online, and arranged meetings with inspectors and others who needed to view the house. Afterward, she referred me to good people to solve other homeowner issues. She referred me to plumbers, electricians and an insurance broker. I can recommend this team without any hesitation whatsoever! I have worked with a lot of realtors in the past, but have never had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. They sold our house for a great price and quickly during the off-season. We worked closely with Joanne Carota through the entire process and, despite that our property had some quirks that made it difficult to finance, the team did a wonderful job with marketing and got us an offer very quickly. When hurdles came up, they navigated them with the efficiency that only comes from experience and found a way to make the buyer's financing work. We had tried to sell the house once previously and had a horrible experience, so we were hesitant to even try selling it again. However, from day one, Joanne was very responsive and professional and we knew that relisting it with this team was the right decision. No phone call, text, or email ever went unanswered, which was especially appreciated because we no longer live in the area. They never once lied to me or just told me what I wanted to hear, which I had experienced with other realtors in the past. The entire process was very transparent. They sent out a professional photographer who took phenomenal pictures of the home and had a writer on staff who wrote a wonderful listing description. They posted the listing everywhere that people looking for homes would ever think to look and gave our home much more visibility than I expected.
