After all was said and done Jason called me several weeks later to check on me, I was relocating to a different state. What a great team that really cares about you.

I had never sold a home before and Jason educated me on the process of selling and buying. He was very knowledgable and explained everything. He did a great job guiding me through the process, along with Rachel. Rachel listed my home and showed me properties. She was fun and was very attentive as well. The entire team was very good. I am a very detail oriented, so being on top of everything was important to me. I feel that they were there every step of the way. Jason even offered a list of contractors if needed. This helped out during and after the purchase of my home. They went the extra mile which was much appreciated. I enjoyed working with Jason, Rachel and the team. I will keep them in mind in the future if I decide to move again.

The house was put on the market on June 22, 2015. Jason's excellent marketing plan immediately generated a lot of interest in the house resulting in one or two daily showings starting the day after going on the market. Showings were to prospective buyers represented by multiple real estate firms indicating to me that Jason Bowman's team accomplished immediate exposure to a broad market. We received and accepted a very good offer in 7 days on June 29. The next day I received an email spelling out all the important dates in the contract including an August 5 closing date which happened right on time this morning. From beginning to end his experience and structured marketing plan greatly simplified the process for me. I couldn't have asked for more. I won't go into all the details but the brief description above is an understatement of the value of the service I received that started with a complete review of the property. His analysis included a projected selling price if we marketed "as is" and projected selling price with cosmetic improvements he recommended. He helped me find the contractors at fair prices to complete the work quickly and economically before putting the property on the market. Since I live 7 hours away in Atlanta, Georgia, I needed someone I could rely on and completely trust to market and oversee the sale of my property. Jason Bowman and his team fit the bill to the smallest detail, for example even the quality of the photographs posted on the web sites were far superior to any I'd seen on other houses including very upscale homes.

Jason and his team were great! They sold my house for me and it was my first time selling a home. They were professional and polite through out the whole process. They took professional pictures of the house, which were very amazing. They had me sign up with an app on my phone which allowed me to easily schedule showings. I kept my house clean and show ready and they did the rest. They had the house listed on all different websites which I believed help it sell very quickly. They did not do open houses, which I loved, this way I did not have to leave my home for hours on end. They helped with all negotiations and paperwork. They were always easy to reach and on time whenever I needed to meet with them. They came to closing and were very professional. I think they made my process very easy and great. If I ever needed to buy or sell another home I would definately use their team again! I could not give the Jason Bowman Team higher ratings! Thanks for your hard work.

Jason and his team were wonderful, We had a lot riding on the sale of our home. We were relocating to Indianapolis and wanted our Cincinnatii home to sell quicky. We were moving at the end of summer, not the most ideal time to list a house, so we were told. And while selling our home quickly was important, we also needed an agent who was willing to look after our CIncinnati home once we moved to Indianapolis. After interviewing several realtors we selected Jason because we liked his passion and the fact that he brought a personal perspective to the process -- he lived in the area, was very familiar with the neighborhood and the local schools. We could't have wished for better. We listed our house with Jason on a Wednesday and received two offers by Saturday morning, accepting an offer at list price. This probably wasn't his toughest sale ever, but Jason met every reasonable request we made of him. We felt strongly that our property was being looked after and cared for while we were gone. Jason's team kept us up-to-date on every element of the sale process - we never were surprised about what was to happen next. We'd highly recommend him!

As first time homebuyers, we didn't have any experience in shopping for a house. Gary Bennett was very professional and made it easy to look at houses around our work schedules. I am so glad my husband and I found Jason Bowman on Angie's List when we did. We were first time home buyers, and needed some guidance. The first realtor we had was not a good fit; when we would ask her questions about the houses, every answer she would give us would be "I don't know", or "I don't know, let me look at the paper". She didn't want to show us houses that were more than 25 min apart in the same day, because she had other clients and that's alot of driving for her. There was more, but I'll just leave it at that. My husband and I got to the point where we were about to give up looking for a home, it was just such an unpleasant experience. That's when we decided to look for another realtor, and found Jason. We hit it off right away, he was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable when it comes to homes, due to past experience of fixing up homes and renting out apartments. He showed us homes within our price range, and never once pressured us. All the people he recommended we work with were amazing (inspector and mortgage specialists). He was very helpful in recommending best places for carpet and driveway repair for a different home we considered purchasing. Jason was always available when we had questions, even in the evenings. After two very bad experiences with two very unprofessional Realtors, we called Martina Schneider regarding one of her listings. We used Remax Online Support to look at homes to purchase. From that we gathered information on homes and visited houses we wanted to look at.

We contacted Jason about selling our home and he recommended that we use a stager to help us understand what we needed to do to make our home attractive to buyers. That was the best advice I've ever gotten. We removed about 50% of our furniture to store in the basement, and I did about 90% of what the stager advised us to do. When that work was all done, a photographer came and took really nice panoramic photos that were then used on the website. Jason had us use the smart phone app "Showing Time" to let us approve or adjust any showings. Loved that app! He also sent us weekly reports of how many electronic viewings the house was getting. Then in one week, we had an offer. It went smoothly and we had an awesome close with the buyers who we just adored. I know they'll love our home as much as we did.
