This was the best realtor experience we've had. The team was strategically and very competently staffed so that we were very well taken care of from start to finish. Follow-through was complete at all steps, and there were no surprises. We were treated with respect as we went through this difficult process. The joint efforts of the team made the process of selling our home bearable in the middle of buying a house in another city, closing on that house, moving, and changing jobs/retiring. This was no small accomplishment! Of the many things we appreciated about Jason, we were impressed that he was able to do a staging consultation on his first walkthrough of the house. This team has a very fine reputation and it's very well deserved. We've moved out of town; if we remained in the area we would use this team for any future house sales.

He got me a timely offer which I accepted. It was after that that he really shined. shined. We learned from the Title company that there was an issue from a prior buyer where his spouse did not sign off. Jason went to work and through Facebook and other sources he found the prior owner and got the title issues resolved. But it did not end there. When the buyer’s lender did an appraisal the appraiser came back with an appraised value over $20,000 less than our sold priced. Jason kept the buyer wanting to buy and went to work finding comparable condos that had sold with values close to what we had agreed to sell my condo for. He submitted these to the appraiser who refused to use these. He then convinced the lender to do another appraisal. The new appraisal came back at our sales price. And we were able to close. I could not have asked for more from any realtor. I could not praise Jason and his team enough. He is honest, was available anytime I wanted to speak to him, and had the knowledge to solve my closing problems.

Jason is professional, knowledgable and helpful. He and his team are very responsive, which we value greatly. Jason and Rachel worked closely with us in the process and had the property listed and closed within one month, to the satisfaction to every party (including the buyers!) involved. We will use Jason and his team again in the future when such needs arise!

Jason and team is outstandingly thorough and go well above and beyond the norm. The buyer of my house was having problems getting theirs closed and Jason found a solution even though he didn't represent them. That's going above and beyond.

It went very well. Jason's team was always available to answer questions. Up until this point, many of the realtors that I've worked with I had not been impressed with. In fact, I consistently had issues with other realtors (not Jason or his team) with their competence. They were all perfectly nice, just lacking in overall command of issues that commonly come up with the purchase and/or sale of a home. Jason Bowman's team was excellent. We had tried for 3 years to sell our house and they sold our house the first night it was listed, and for full price. They also helped us find a new home. Jason is very informative when walking you through a house and points out anything and everything that he notices. Jason and his team we wonderful from start to finish, all paperwork was done correctly the first time and on time, they keep constant contact to keep you up to date, and can answer any question you have, and even make recommendations you may have not thought about previously. A+++ experience, I even recommended Jason and his team to my parents.

The original buyer ended up being very difficult to work with and Patrick helped us work through multiple hurdles for them while remaining very professional and calm. Unable to work with the original buyers, we put our house back on the market. Patrick sold it within a day of listing once again. We can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Patrick. They are wonderful to work with! They're great about communicating how the buying and selling process works. They're always there to answer questions, and you can call them at any time. They'll even come out if you have concerns about your house and they'll let you know if they think the concerns need to be addressed. They're great about helping you get your house ready to be sold. They're great about giving you advise on who to contact for home repair, and they're a joy to work with. They're really understanding and helpful. They're very sensitive to your feelings when you're buying or selling; they just get it. They work together well as a team, and it really shows. He'll even answer any questions I have about my current house, which is 4 hours away; even though I'm not currently working with him. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jason and his team are outstanding. I performed a search of all the real estate agents in the area and he was one of the most highly rated, so I decided to use him. From the beginning he was one of the most experienced and knowledgeable agents I've ever used. He gave us great advice to increase the selling price of our house, stage it, and get it sold at our asking price. We used many of the local companies he suggested to get our house ready to sell and we were very happy with those providers. Also he recommended a local moving company for us and that saved us thousands. He responded quickly to all questions and concerns. I would absolutely trust him to sell our house again.

I tried selling my condo with another realtor in the summer of 2015 with about 8 showings, but no offers. Then I went searching for another realtor. I googled the top 10 realtors in Cincinnati, and Jason's name popped up. After arranging a meeting, Jason met with me, almost for 2 hours, going over the details of what services his team provided. Jason looked at each room, making comments on what I should do to improve the aesthetics of each room. I appreciated his comments, including such details as to remove stickers on the fuse box. I spent the next 1-2 months making the improvements to modernize the look of the condo. Jason came again to look at my changes and he was impressed. Then his photographer came by and took professional pictures and created a video. She staged the room for best showing and light using a camera, rather than taking pictures using a cell phone. I was blown away at the quality of the video on the internet. Very, very well done. I had family and friends look and they were surprised at the superior quality as well. Jason provided some literature for potential buyers to leave at the condo. I had 3 showings. By December 17th I accepted an offer. Jason took time to answer my questions on the offer and provided his recommendation, as if I were his sister. Jason's team worked with the banks, title company, providing me updates along the way. Jason and his team were courteous and friendly. This was the first time I sold personal real estate, and I greatly appreciated his professionalism. Jason even drove me to the closing. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team for any real estate transactions.

Prior to selecting Jason Bowman and his team, we had an independent appraisal that we thought was high (a good situation). We thought the home would be a tear-down because the lot was large and beautiful but the home was a 50's ranch in need of work.
