He did an excellent job setting up a website to look at potential homes well before we were even ready to start visiting these locations. We were moving into the area from another state, and made 2 trips back to look at houses. He was very professional and able to work around our time constraints. He worked well with our families when we wanted to look at properties for the 2nd and 3rd times with them. He was always straight forward with us, and was able to add very useful information when we asked. He helped us find a great inspector for the home we finally decided on, and his entire team worked diligently for us and never left us wanting for more.

Jason sold our house under very challenging conditions. Jason has an excellent marketing plan which includes the use of a number of key online resources (Yodlee, Trulia, Realtor.com). After talking to some realtors and checking on Angie's List I decided to interview Jason.He quickly set up an appointment time to discuss listing our house. He arrived promptly and we discussed how he would market our house. Jason realizes that how your house is presented online is super important in the way real estate is sold in today's market. Most people preview house that appear interesting to them on line first. So he makes this information easily available through MLS, on line real estate sites.ie. Realtor.com, etc, You Tube and his own site. He pays a premium at many sites so his home listings appear first on the sites a SPECIAL FEATURES. He presents comps and neighborhood info to help decide on a listing price, as most companies do, but then take things much further. He pays for a Home Stager to come to your house to discuss things to do to appeal to the target market of your type home. The Stager is very easy to talk with, making suggestions on how to make the home look it's best. She tries to use things you already use and helps you make a list on ways to make it FANTASTIC. After you stage the home he then pays to have a PROFESSIONAL photographer come to take pictures and make a movie for the Virtual Tour (not just pictures in a slide show). He uses the maximum number of pictures of your home that each website allows. We received and accepted a contract on our house in it's first week of the house being listed. After the home inspection we discovered a radon problem and Jason immediately explained what needed to be done to fix this situation. He suggested someone who could quickly fix this problem, and since this professional person was also highly rated on Angie's list we decided to take Jason's recommendation for quickly repairing the problem. Jason kept us updated on closing info, and everything went through smoothly .Needless to say, we would use Jason again in a heartbeat!

After 9 months with another realtor (who I think tried her best in a rotten housing market, but priced us too high) we interviewed 4 new agents and Jason Bowman was the one who stood out. He told us up front we were priced too high and what he thought we'd end up selling for. He was the most prepared, most geniune and he had the best offer for commission. We were downsizing and Jason creatively tried to work out a deal for us to swap homes with a couple who was upsizing. He kept us up to date online and with phone calls. At his own cost he brought a staging expert in to give us advice (we ended up changing our office back to a dining room). He used the internet in its best capcity to showcase our home on several sites including his own. When we had a problem in our basement and needed a professional fix Jason found 3 companies for us to talk to. Without his direction I believe we would have paid more for the fix than we did. When we did sell the house and had to find a new place Jason's associate Matt Clark patiently showed us more than 20 homes and helped up pick the right price to submit for offer. Jason's other associate Martina Schneider graciously put up with our crazy questions, treating us as if we were their only clients, and made the closing easy to understand. We could not be more pleased with the Jason Bowman Team and would HIGHLY reccommend them to anyone.

In this lack luster housing market Jason Bowman sold our house in five weeks. He did not pressure us to list - we listed when our house was ready to be listed (other realtors I interviewed told me that we needed to list as soon as possible, and they did not seem concerned about the house being showable). He had a professional stager pay us a visit. By the time the stager visited I thought the house looked perfect - BUT the stager helped us take the house to the next level and made suggestions to help people feel more comfortable in our house - things I would never have thought of. The photographer Jason employed made our house look amazing. The online images and virtual tour were very well done. Once we started having showings (first showing was the day we listed), and we had a lot of online and foot traffic, Jason followed up with the agents of prospective buyers to see if there were concerns or questions. I think it was his diligence that sold our house. I know that we were not Jason's only client, but he would remember details about our property and was able to field questions most of the time with out asking us. Jason and Martina were easy to work with. They handled all of the details. Per the buyers request we needed to make several repairs. At first this seemed overwhelming but Jason recommended contractors for each repair. He even scheduled contractors to give us estimates and made some of the arrangements for the contractors to do the work. We were pleased with everyone Jason recommended. Jason took the stress OUT of the equation. We bought and sold with Jason. I interviewed four realtors. Jason was the only one that did not ask how much we wanted to spend on the next place. The other realtors focused on the next purchase - I felt like they were looking to see how money they would make on our move up. I would recommend Jason Bowman in a heart beat. I feel that he really worked to sell our home and did all he could to deflate stress from the process for us.

We were very very satisfied and he put our house on the market and we actually had a offer in four days. Jason Bowman is excellent and we got him off Angie's List. The people's financing fell through that wasn't his fault the other agent didn't disclose that he was part of the pre approved and getting a bunch of putting a down payment from his mother n law from her brother n law and that fell through and that didn't go through and that kind of put us out for a month or so. Anyway we were very happy with Jason and he sent a professional stager to the home at no cost to us out of his fee. Sent to the house a professional stager to help them get the home ready to show and give you ideas on what to do to make it look more like a model home and help with the show. They had a professional photographers and then they make a virtual tour of the home and it's excellent and we are very very pleased with him as our real estate agent. He is very attentive and quick to get your calls back and answers and any kind of problems or situations and he has been very good, very upfront and honest. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

I interviewed four potential realtors to help my husband and I sell our home and help us purchase our new home. Although a couple of other realtors made good first impressions, I was blown away with Jason Bowman's professionalism. Jason always made himself available to look at properties with us. He provided us with information concerning systems of the houses we were looking at (age and efficiency of furnaces and the like). He would also point out faults of a property - often things we overlooked (rot on box gutters, rot on clap board - items that would need to be repaired). My husband and I were torn between two properties and negotiated on both. Jason never once pushed us to make a decision - Jason provided us with food for thought - he worked as our advisor and not as someone who would benefit from us buying the more expensive property. I felt that he always represented us the way we wanted to be represented when negotiating. Jason and Martina have been extremely helpful providing references for service providers to help us make repairs to our new home. We have been happy with everyone they have recommended. Jason has integrity, and exhibits a high level of professionalism all while be an easy going person. Working with Jason has been a very positve experience. Jason did exactly what we asked him to do. He did most of the legal work to get the buyers. He requested repairs to taken care of. He did a superb job.

We had listed our home 2 years ago, but took it off the market after a short while to rent it out instead. With the tenants now moved out, we were ready to try our luck again and list it for sale. The easy decision would have been simply to use the same Realtor as 2 years before. But to make sure this was the best decision, we interviewed other real estate agents, including Jayson. From the interview, it was clear to me that Jayson really takes advantage of every possible way to gain exposure for your home. He is extremely knowledgeable about and takes advantage of the just about every possible online means available to connect to potential buyers. He really stretched my thinking about what was possible. Jayson and his assistant Martina also are very professional and easy to work with. In my face-to-face meeting, and in phone calls and meetings, they patiently answered my questions and gave me no doubt about their integrity. Jayson told me in an objective way what his strengths would be if he listed the property. And if there was something he didn't know, he was honest about that and importantly he was willing to go found out the answer. In the end, we chose to list with the same Realtor we had used 2 years ago. The key factor was her familiarity with our specific neighborhood -- she has lived in our neighborhood herself since 1999. I was honest with Jayson about this. He definitely made it a close call.

From listing to closing in less than 2 months!! Jason did a very good job marketing our home. He has a very comprehensive approach which utilizes lots of different advertising avenues. He focuses on "high yield" advertising and smartly avoids the old fashioned techniques in today's internet age. He used a professional stager and photographer (included in the final commision) to make sure the best presentation of our home was given. After the house was in contract, his assistant, Martina, made sure everything moved smoothly to a quick close.

I have worked with Jason in the past on the purchase of a home for my daughter. I contacted him to represent me in the purchase of a four family home on Ohio Avenue in Clifton. The owner had lived in the home for 50 years so I knew it would be a challenging negotiation given the owners age and the tie she and her family had to the property. Our first offer was not accepted and when I indicated to Jason I was willing to pay almost full price he advised against it, proposing a counter offer that was accepted. His experience in negotiating real estate deals saved me a considerable amount of money. Jason and his transaction coordinator Martina Schneider provided closing support services that were simply outstanding! I knew I wanted to move but wasn't sure when or how it was all going to work out. I found Jason by searching addresses online. His site returned with a link to a portal where I could put in my preferences and they would constantly send me houses that fit the criteria. His site was the only one that didn't require me to put down my phone number and say they would call me back. I didn't want to be called. I just wanted to browse a few things on my own first to get an idea of what I could afford. I was able to email him with changes to my criteria and he did it without questions. Of course he asked me if I needed any help and told me he would be happy to show me any property I was interested in. He was so wonderful and not pushy at all. I ended up looking at all kinds of houses with him and changing my criteria several times. Overall, it took me almost a year to decide what I really wanted and he stuck with me the entire time and wasn't pushy or impatient at all. Furthermore, the financial side of things like the different kinds of loans available and which bank had the best deals, was totally out of my grasp. He knew all of that stuff and took the time to explain it to me. He really did help me through this every step of the way as if I was his little sister or something. His honesty is astounding. I explained to him how another agent sort of squeezed his way into being the selling agent for my present house and he wasn't upset but just asked if there was still anything he could help explain to me (at no commision). I would use him again in a heartbeat!
