Description of Work: We have used Steve Jones plumbing a couple of times. Each time they have done great work. They are also very reasonably priced, prompt, and courteous.

Description of Work: I called Steve Jones Plumbing because I had low water pressure from my kitchen faucet. It was so bad I couldn't even use it. Todd came this morning, actually about three minutes early, looked it over, and saw that the two filters in it was clogged from mineral deposits. He cleaned the faucet, and said I didn't need to replace it unless I wanted to (it was just put in three years ago by another plumber). I chose to keep it so he taught me how to clean the faucet and took me around my condo and checked my two bathroom faucets and showed me how to clean them too so I wouldn't have to call them for something I could do myself. Also, he replaced a toilet seat for me. He charged me his lowest service call fee: $75.00. I also had him examine my water heater which I need to get replaced soon, and he gave me a price about $3-400. lower than what I've been quoted before. They do not up-charge their parts! I also want to have an undercounter water filter installed, and he explained the different water filters to me, and wrote down what I needed to ask for when I purchased one-all for the $75.00! I'm very pleased, Todd was a very pleasant, repectful, and courteous serviceman. Steve Jones Plumbing will be doing all my plumbing work from now on including the install of my water heater and water filter system. I can't rate them any higher and I've had a lot of work done on my homes over the years!! Excellent company!!

Description of Work: A leak in the finished lower level ceiling. They arrived promptly, evaluated the problem, fixed the problem after discussing cost etc with me. Did the job professionally, cleaned up, Two guys spent about 3 hours and charged me $300 for labor. I thought very reasonable. I would use them again wihout hesitation.

Description of Work: Came in to repair what we thought was a leaking toilet. Leak ended up being in a pipe in our wall. They did everything possible to do as little damage to the walls. Very professional and friendly while in our home. They give appointments quickly, and when we've had leaks they always are out within a day. Will continue to call them when needed. Can't say enough!

Description of Work: Remodeled bath, needed all new fixtures, new drain, removal of whirlpool, also replaced kitchen faucet and another bath faucet. They were very punctual and professional. Their quote was on the lower end of the 4 we received, however I feel very good about their knowledge and quality if work. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Once again, called Steve and crew about a leak issue that couldn't be easily solved. Made an appointment for 9:00 am and they showed up at 8:45, four of them to find a basement leak. They probed with flashlights, drain balloons spray bottles water and leak testing every possible water egress point. They discovered several sources of water migration from a downstairs fiberglass shower at the joints and shower head, promptly fixed same and handed me a bill for $110. Another company had quoted me more than a couple thousand to dig up the floor and fix a drain leak, which Steve and crew had eliminated as a problem in the first 5 minutes. Can't speak highly enough about these guys, I will always call them first in the future!

Description of Work: I contacted Steve jones plumbing on a Monday and spoke with Todd. The earliest timeframe was Friday of the same week. Since this was not an emergency, I was fine with the timeframe. I explained that our type of toilet had a different flushing mechanism; so, I sent a picture via phone to help explain the type so if he needed a part he could get it prior to arriving. Todd was scheduled to arrive at 1 pm and called in the morning to come earlier since he had some time open. He arrived with part in hand. The toilet is now fixed. Since the job was rather simple, he charged a reduced hourly rate plus parts. Todd was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again.

Description of Work: I had a leak on my shut off valve to my dishwasher. I used Angie's list and am very happy with the service i got!

Description of Work: Kitchen Sink not draining well. He also found my garbage disposal was cracked in 2 places causing leaks I was not aware of. Cleared the drain out and went ahead and cleaned out bathroom sinks and showed me how to do that. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Chad!

Description of Work: In September Jones Plumbing replaced the broken hoses under my kitchen sink. The plumber was on time, courteous & fixed the problem in a short time. In October 2011, Jones Plumbing saved us from buying a new hot water heater by replacing the recalled parts & the starter. The charges for their services were less than the quotes from two other plumbers that we called:-)

Description of Work: I chose them because of their proximity to my home and good reports on Angie's List. I spoke with Todd who told me they were short-staffed and would only be available at 7 p.m. tonight or in 3 days from now. But he readily gave me the name and number of another plumber to call - much appreciated!
