Fine although it didn't fully solve the problem

Pretty smooth,,one exterior faucet replacement required removing some drywall to obtain access.

first, I was told that two plumbers would be sent to do the job and that the cost would be $150 per hour. But only one plumber showed up for three hours and one showed up for 1 hour. clearly, two plumbers would work more quickly than 1 and reduce the number of hours/cost and when I spoke with Todd (owner/manager) about this, he said this is how they handle matters. secondly, the installation was done without following the manufacturers instructions regarding a number of steps to which Todd (owner or manager) responded that it was installed the way that they always do. So, I paid him.

It went great. The service man arrived at the scheduled time. He removed and completely reset master bath toilet, shimming it properly to prevent rocking. He properly sealed the shower temperature control cover and installed proper nuts on the other toilet tank which would not loosen. He also cleaned up the water on the plastic vapor barrier in the crawl space. We will definitely use them again At our request, he checked and adjusted the house water pressure valve and tested the water for hardness so we could properly set the controls on the softener. .

Very well. The service man arrived at the appointed time and carefully and professionally installed the new faucets and garbage disposal. He did a great job. We purchased a service call from Angie's List that included 1/2 hr. of labor for $79. The total cost was $79 plus $266 for the additional labor and parts.

When I called to discuss the corrosion spots on our copper pipes and set up an appointment, I was offered an appointment the next day. Joe and Dan came promptly at noon and worked quickly and they were very professional. They replaced all the corroded copper pipe lengths and thoroughly checked all the rest both top and bottom for any other corrosion. They also alerted me to two additional issues, including the fact that our water pressure valve was defective and replaced it and our hot water expansion tank which had also failed. I would definitely use them again.

The team did a very good job (doing even more than we expected), with great results. They were good professionals who worked well, completing the project during a morning and early afternoon.

Very prompt (in fact he was a little early). Very friendly and professional. Did a great job of installing both faucets. The job took 1.5 hours. Cleaned up and left everything spotless. Glad I had paid for an Angie's List deal which brought the cost down from $240 to $160 total.

They were prompt, detailed, and efficient. Very helpful and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Bought the deal from Angie's list to cover 1/2 hour worth of labor. Jim showed up on time and was friendly. Got to the job quickly and everything was fixed quickly.

Jim arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Before coming in, he removed his boots as they were dirty and he did not want to drag the dirt into my house. He explained what he was doing as he worked and even cleaned up his work area. Thank you!

Excellent, very profession. I called and left a message on Sunday and got a callback that evening and I set up an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and took care of everything in an 1 3/4 h. Perfect

An hour late but with notification. Gentleman was nice and professional and got right to the problem. Did not try to "upsale" things I did not need which has always been an issue with other plumbing services! Nice job!

Went well - The guy worked quickly and was very personable, answering all of my questions.

Steve Jones' plumber was scheduled to arrive at 10:00AM. He called about 8:30AM to say that I was second on his list of calls for the day but his first job fell through because the customer was not available. I was happy for him to come early and he arrived shortly after we hung up the phone. He tackled the kitchen sink first. He had all parts and tools at hand, disassembled the leaking pipes, and replaced them with new. He tested the sink and the two areas which had been leaking no longer leaked. He cleaned up after himself and left the kitchen looking as it was when he arrived. Then he took that set of tools and supplies out to his truck and returned with another set of tools and supplies. Down the basement, he cut a neat hole in the ceiling drywall, exposing the pin hole leak. He drained the line, cut out about 4" of the 3/4" copper pipe and soldered in a replacement. Again, he tested his work and cleaned up after himself. Throughout the process, he was professional: courteous, efficient, and effective. His pricing for the work was about what I expected it would be. Should I have need for a plumber's services again, I would call Steve Jones Plumbing.

No problems! Prompt, courteous, efficient, cleaned up well after doing work, done quickly. What more could you ask for, and to top it off, with Angie's deal it was inexpensive.

Exceptional attention to detail of proper way (no short-cuts) to install custom shower pan to prevent future water issues. Very knowledgeable of current/latest methods and products to prevent water issues in the future; we compared their knowledge to others who quoted project and none of the others (tile company/plumbers) were nearly as thorough and knowledgeable. Identification of water leak cause was critical part of solution. Original work had not been well done by plumber and tile installer. On demolition the cause was identified and construction methods for solution determined....a required pre-pan had not been put in and the slope to the drain was incorrect and led to water seepage to the pan and then to the shower wall. Exceptional tile work remedied an "out of square" wall problem; attention to detail of tile used and grouting methods and products that are best for shower floors and wall. By comparison to others quoting only Steve Jones Plumbing knew solutions. A bonus was that only Steve Jones Plumbing had the people to do both plumbing and tile work which reduced cost, time and provided exceptional finished product. Completed job was done within the estimated time and the personnel (Joe and Todd) could not have been more professional, skilled and focued on doing the job right. Clean-up was done daily in all areas used to prepare tile & materials, bathroom area and hallways used for entrance/egress. A pleasure to have them in our home. This was not a job we voluntarily wanted to do but did out of necessity. Joe/Todd made the restoration relatively easy on us. We will use Steve Jones Plumbing in the future for sure.

They discovered and repaired the leak. They also did a complete remdole of my neighbors shower. She is very pleased with the results and it does look very good. They were very careful of our home, and she reportds the same about their treament of her home.

I called/ emailed Steve's contact information that I found on Angie's List on a Sunday. Someone contacted me within hours of sending my message. Steve and an apprentice showed up the next day. They were thorough in their review and diagnosis of the plumbing problem. They were extremely professional. In fact, Steve demonstrated good leadership skills in his coaching of the apprentice. They fixed the leak and did a good job cleaning up. The ONLY think that would have had me rate the quality an "A" would have been that they would have had a member of their team available for the ceiling dry wall repair.

The plumber was very professional and helpful. Performed all services as promised and finished everything up in under 2 hours. He also provided some insight on a few other issues in the house. Would recommend.

They were responsive and prompt. The work was done at my place of business and they were respectful of our schedule. The job turned out to be a little tricky and they were happy to help problem solve with me. After their visit I had an ongoing problem that self resolved before Steve could even come over to check it out. He gave me an extra part for the faucet in case I needed to change it myself in the future. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

They were awesome! Can't think of much worse than no hot water! I called them when we realized it at 11pm. They called back at 7:50am the next morning and told me that they could have someone there the same day by 1:30pm. Since our hot water heater wasn't that old they just replaced the heating units ($345) inside the tank rather than a new $1200 tank. Very professional and highly recommend.
