Description of Work: My kitchen faucet fell off unexpectedly. Went out & purchased new. Steve was only one to answer my call. He called within 15 minutes of my leaving message. Told me Jim would be there in half an hour. I was surprised to see he was a few minutes early. First he tried to repair my old (approx. 4 yrs) faucet. Due to threads bare he installed my new one. All done in one hour. Jim was friendly and thorough. I really appreciated his effort trying to repair old first. I will definitely use Steve Jones plumbing in the future as needed.

Description of Work: They fixed a running toilet and replaced the water heater. It went well. I was unable to be here, so they came in, took care of everything and when I got home everything was cleaned up and working well.

Description of Work: Getting hold of an office for Steve Jones doesn't work. Instead of getting an office or answering machine, one gets someone who is working in the field. This would seem to interrupt what he was doing and he still has to get back to you for dates. Other than that, all of the gentlemen that have done work for me were very good and kept the work area clean. I always recommend Steve Jones Plumbing.

Description of Work: They helped us fix a drainage problem. They did all that was possible within the unit and they gave the "evidence" needed to showed that the rest of the problem was in the common plumbing maintained by the homeowners association.

Description of Work: Replaced an old toilet in hall bath with new. Gave quality a B because the seat on this particular toilet was very cheaply made. Thin plastic, very flexible, not in a good way. Replaced all of the Masterbath toilet parts. |The serviceman was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job. We will most certainly call them in the future & of course recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable plumbing company.
